              They've charged monthly fees for massages that I could not get appointments for. We Requested same time massages for my wife and I. We only want female masseuses. The last massage I had there was the worst massage I've ever had. They have poor staffing and we are not interested in continuing the relationship. I cannot get Management to call me back regarding my request to get a refund. I called your corporate office but they're all individually owned franchises. The one person ***** they called back from the corporate office was very rude and continue to tell me that me booking appointments was more of my problem than theirs. She also offered no resolution. I even called her CEO and left a message. The local manager told me two weeks ago she was gonna get a hold of her regional. She has not done that nor has she returned any of my calls. I need a refund for these people for massages that I'll never use but had every intention of using

              They are not ethical. I have tried to cancel my accounts with them but they persist in billing my credit card. They insist I must come in a personally sign a form. DON’T deal with them!!!

              We would be happy to assist with your request for termination, but as you are a member of another spa in another state, we're unable to do so. Membership cancellations/freezes/changes are handled only by the spa where one signed up initially- so while each location enjoys taking care of every guest and every member of any spa, our hands are tied when it comes to being able to process requests having to do with memberships unless the Franklin/Cool Springs Hand and Stone is your "home" spa. I apologize that it's been difficult to have your request satisfied and would suggest reaching out to the corporate office if attempts to reach your home spa are unsuccessful. We at the Franklin location would welcome the opportunity to serve you as a guest should you decide to visit us.
