      We hired Green Scene immediately following the installation of our pool. They were responsible for grading and preparing the the yard, installing new irrigation system, selecting and installing new sod and then weekly maintenance of entire yard to ensure it stays looking great. We paid the $24K for the initial work and then $728 a month to take care of everything. Now our grass is a dead muddy mess and all we get is excuses and unfulfilled promises. Our back lawn was designed, installed and maintained by Green Scene. They were paid very well for the service. If there are issues with the lawn, they are their responsibility

      Please know, Green Scene Landscaping Owner, Manager, and Crew repeatedly failed to provide Honesty, Truth, Integrity, Respect, loyalty, and Professionalism RE: BBB highest standards. A. Unanswered complaint It's deeply troubling **** ******, Owner of Green Scene Landscaping failed to act where there is a Duty and responsibility. **** did not answer scheduled call 10/25/21, 1:30 p.m. to discuss email dated 10/21/21, 5:09 p.m. RE: property damage, unreliable mowing service's, and resolution. **** did not call nor, email to reschedule. I circled back to call two additional times 3:15 p.m and 4:50 p.m., no answer. Also sent text message, no follow up. Failed to model professionalism, build trust, tell the truth, be honest, embody integrity, and be responsive to customers right to be heard. B. Failure to address complaint My experience with Green Scene Manager, **** did NOT meet set expectation. Arrived 2.5 hours late, interrupted meeting with fence contractor, entertained calls, did not apologize, failed to listen & be responsive to overview of property damage, no professionalism nor, embody integrity. Failed to exercise duty of care for the safety and property of others. C. Astounding Irresponsibility Crew knowingly, willfully, and improperly used lawn power equipment (mower, weed whacker, and blower). Crew repeatedly slammed mower into wood playset's base, drove over landscape edging, blew grass and weed clippings into surrounding flower beds, weed whacked solar lights & HVAC condensation line, and inconsistent lawn care. Failure to act with the level of care that someone of ordinary prudence would have exercised (protective measure to prevent property damage) under the same circumstances. D. Failed to honor commitment 1. Cracked HVAC condensation line, leaking onto unit base, causing widespread mildew and mold 2. Destroyed wood playset 3. Destroyed 20 solar lights 4. Destroyed landscape edging 5. Destroyed Premium Landscape fabric by blowing grass and weed clippings into surrounding areas. 6. Unreliable Biweekly mowing and decline in overall services. Failure to maintain aesthetic appeal of yard & surrounding area.

We are a family owned company and our outmost priority for all of our customers is respect and making sure we are delivering as promised.
