Bought a ****** at Express. ****** didn't work. ***** had been turned around so I couldn't see the damage to them. All four tires was dangerous and unsafe. Been trying to get a refund on GAP and tire warranty for two months. They sold my trade before paying it off. Not legal. Fraud and misrepresentation.. Asked to speak to the manager but didn't happen. Traded the car before more went wrong. Loss many dollars due to some defects. I had to pay for new tires.

As with all of our vehicles, ****************** Altima received a complete service inspection, and the tires passed our inspection. At the time of his purchase, ****************** Altima had ****** so it was fully covered under ******'s original 3 year/36,000 mile factory warranty. We will reach out to ************** and make sure that we assist him in processing the *** refunds that he is requesting.

Purchased a (lemon) 2018 Ram on 7-1-2022 and at the beginning of May 2023 a misfire was detected on the number Cylinder. Brought it to the Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler dealership in **********, ** where I usually get my oil changes and etc done. They did a compression test and found out that number four cylinder was no good. After going further and taking off the valve covers, they discovered sludge in the engine.The mechanic ****, contacted ********** extended warranty company and they sent a third party inspector to take a look at the engine and it was suggested that the motor needed to be replaced. ********** extended warranty company didn't want to replace the engine and offered $3000 just to repair that cylinder and I was held responsible for $2,500 to breakdown the engine before any repairs were made.I decided to ask for something else because I came to the conclusion that this truck was no longer reliable and might have more issues down the road. ******************* and ******** tried to help the best that they could but nothing really happened. End result I talked to ***** the sales manager and he said that he would try to put me in something else. Dodged my phone calls for two weeks and got a response saying that he couldn't help **** want out of the contract with Credit Acceptance finance company and a full refund.

As part of our comprehensive pre-delivery inspection we performed over $1,650 reconditioning your truck before you bought itand it passed all of our inspections with flying colors before you purchased it. Ten months later the problem occurredand your warranty company gave you (and us and *************************) their only option to get your truck repaired.We have exhausted every solution available to us on our end to help youand now the only solution is for you to work it out with your finance company and your warranty company. We wish we could do more!
