I placed an order with BW Jewelers and used paytomorrow to set up financing. I contacted BW Jewelers and ** to inform them that I didn't receive my item and BW Jewelers filed a claim for insurance on the item and will not cancel the order with **. *********** told me all the need is for the merchant to cancel the order and everything will be canceled. BW Jewelers keeps giving me the run around through emails and will not cancel the order or contact *********** to cancel the order. I refuse to pay for something I don't have.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/06/29) */ The Package was showed delivered by **, however the customer said they did not receive the product. We offered the customer a full refund and filed a insurance claim. We believe the issue is fully resolved. We followed up with customer as well, and the customer said they are pleased with the resolution . :-) Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2021/06/30) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I spoke with the merchant on June 29th and everything was refunded
