My truck broke down. *** took me to top tech automotive in Cleveland tn.They replaced my fuel injectors. That's all. Changed me over 14k. 10 months and a few thousand miles the truck died. The new shop said top tech automotive did an incomplete and faulty installed the fuel injectors. They didn't empty the fuel tank or Change the fuel filter. Basic things to do with plugged fuel injectors. The new mechanics are charging me 5k to replace the fuel system that top tech automotive was supposed to do when they charged almost 15k to do 10 months earlier.Business response

When we did the repair, we did indeed replace the fuel filters and drain the tank. The filter was a part of the "INSTALL KIT" labeled in the attached repair order. If there was still water in the tank/system it would not have lasted the 10 months and few thousand miles that it did before failure again. Made customer aware there was water in the tank which was the cause of the failure before. Customer was advised on being careful of where fuel was obtained due to the complexity of the diesel fuel system.
As to the claim all we replaced was the injectors, we installed new injectors, gaskets, harnesses for each injector, a Fuel Injector Control Module, Glow Plug Module, and an upper radiator hose
