I had water damage across half my house, im talking water streaming from the top of the wallls,light fixtures, pouring in between the walls so much it sounded like a tap running. they came in with a ton of equipment,took 4 days to dry it all out. in doing so, they also damaged my house, and i was told they would repair it when they picked up equipment...that didnt happen at all. fast forward to a few months later, i received a letter in the mail from a law firm telling me Servpro is suing me for unpaid services..several months after receiving a bill in error(and when i called to ask about it i was told by them that they didn't file with insurance at all,even though they had all the information to do exactly that)..so after talking to me and telling me they dropped the ball, they turned around and sued me for unpaid bills, and their legal company never returned my adjusters calls,she had to call them 3 times to get an answer from them. sounds like 2 crooked companies playing catch together, i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy, absolute trash through and through. it's 7 months later, not a single phone call, and my house is still damaged by their "repairs". oh an none of employees spoke fluent english.1 star because i can't leave it blank.
