On 06/14/2022 I went into the dealership and purchased a 2008 Ford F-150. The cash price of the vehicle as shown on the bill of sale is $8,145.07after tax and fees. However online through the credit acceptance company it is shown as $10,242.53. I do not understand who the price for the vehicle can be different between the two companies. The dealer told me that the extended warranty is included in the original price he quoted to me. He later admitted to not telling me I was paying for gap insurance, road side assistance, and extended warranty. When we confronted him he said that there is no way for him to not add these features as they are required. I then went online and looked at my purchase agreement which I attached to this complaint. It says that the extended warranty, insurance, and roadside assistance is optional and my signature is attached to it. I never signed for them and I never received a physical copy of that page that shows my signature. I then called credit acceptance to cancel those features which they did however they would not take the rebate off my payoff amount only my total balance which means in order to pay off my truck it is $8,500. The truck after down payments and fees was only supposed to be $5,645.07 as shown on the bill of sale. After cancelling the added features and services the payoff amount is right at $8,500. These numbers do not add up and I need to get it lowered to the correct amount

When we sell a car the paper work is reviewed and initialed with the salesman. He makes every customer aware of what is included in the sale of the car. At the end of the sale he will provide each customer with the Declaration Acknowledging electronic signature process. (See attached) Customers signature is on this form stating he has seen and acknowledged the amount he will be paying for the vehicle.
