I ordered a set of wheels from their clearance link. My order was canceled due to the wheels were out of stock but the website kept the wheels on the site still showed on sale and allowed me to create another order if I wanted to make the purchase again. Really upset with my experience. I had to call in for them to notice the sale was still showing on their site. They also told me they have no plans to restock the wheel. So this wasn't a sale, but discontinued completely.

**** *** *** "BERNIE" IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE MY TONE ****** TODAY. I'VE WAITED FOREVER FOR PRO TRAC N50s TO BE IN STOCK. I WAS THE FIRST TO GET AN ORDER IN LAST WEEK FOR 2 TIRES $900 AND I GOT A DEFECT. MATERIAL ACTUALLY MISSING FROM THE TIRE IN 2 SPOTS!! NOT A SCUFF .....SOME CLOWN EVEN PUT A STICKER ON THE TIRE STATING IT WAS THE "LAST TIRE" THEY PUT THE STICKER RIGHT ON THE DEFECT AREA. LOL GREAT EMPLOYEE !! I FEEL SO BAD I HURT BERNIES BABY EARS, SO BAD THAT I CALLED MY BANK AND STOPPED THE PAYMENT. DONT EVER HANG UP ON ME AGAIN. I WILL CALL BACK WORSE LOL read the reviews coker has...all complaints on trash tires FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT we will issue the refund through JEGs accordingly and confirm as promised in my first email. Coker used to be the best. No longer. I have ordered multiple sets of tires in the past and was always happy. I recently (4/13/2022) ordered another set. Was told they would be in by June. No call or email from them, I just called to get status. Was told the shipment with my tires in it did not show up and the next shipment was not due until the end of September. I feel fortunate that they only took 10% payment so far. Wheel Vintiques (owned by Coker as well) is even worse. Never again will I order from them.Review from Craig C

I cannot put into words how disappointed i am with this company. Never have i seen a lack of care and customer service. I ordered tires and wheels almost 9 months ago. Not one email or update as to where they are. I have written at least 10 times. They have been sitting on $1600.00 of my money for this time. I never thought a company could be this bad. I ordered by phone, to ensure I was getting exactly the right tires, and that the tires would fit my 1953 Jaguar. Cost was over $2500. When the tires arrived, I luckily thought to check the date codes - instead of new tires as I had ordered, they shipped me 10 year old tires, which are effectively end-of-life. They were good about accepting a return and refund, but the fact that they sent me zero-life tires hoping I wouldn't check, is an indicator of a company to avoid at all costs...
