Do not trust this company's word that they will complete the job. We had a great experience with them in 2015, but things have changed recently. The company approved the job, confirmed the job, and even approved it upon walk-through. They started the move, which begins the hourly cost, and then stopped and informed us that they could not complete the job. It's a long story, but in the end, they made me (a small woman) do a significant amount of the moving while 3 men watched, while billing us at their full hourly rate. They damaged some pieces; and made me pay for an hour when there was a disagreement and we were waiting on management to call back. I filed a complaint with corporate, who kicked it back to the local office. They are not going to reimburse one bit of the money. We will never use Two Men and A Truck again. Beware! I recommend calling different moving companies.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, this is not typical of our company. Due to unsafe conditions (mold) within the home we feel the best decision was made by compromising to have the items brought out of the home before our crew could move them. Again, we apologize the move did require some effort on your behalf however, we feel our team did everything they could given the circumstances. 

I used 2 men & a truck on March 7th,2022 to move me from Chickamauga Ga to Chattanooga Tn. Steven quoted me a price of $389.00 "from start to finish & will take 4 hours" which I paid. The workers arrived at 9a/m & left at 6:30. James dropped his end of my entertainment center which cracked it, his end of my couch, broke a picture frame & the roof of the truck leaked rain & all my pillows & couch cushions were soaking wet. Jason said I owe $900.00 more cause it took the workers longer. I told Jason that wasn't my problem I had a quote from the company. DeShaun the driver said he'll take my frame back to the shop & have it repaired & return it to me, I believed him. I spoke to Troy on March 14th & he told me my picture had been thrown away by another driver. I was furious!!! I told Troy that the driver should've know the picture belonged to someone instead of just throwing it away, Troy agreed but said they're not going to do anything about the loss. This was my 2nd time using 2 Men & a Truck. the first time the driver broke my tv. I'LL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! It's a free for all company. Customers don't have rights!!!!!!

We understand moving is stressful and often involves multiple services, so we send a confirmation letter to all of our customers that outlines the pricing quoted and what to expect on move day. It looks like you did receive and sign this document that reflects an hourly rate, deposit paid and estimated total of $779.46. After learning about the difficulties from your move, a discount of $562.50 was given to compensate for the damages/picture frame and estimate confusion. The experience you had is not the level of service we wish to provide to our customers and we sincerely apologize.
