Merry Maids sent a one person crew to do a deep cleaning. She did not perform the advertised services, damaged my home, and was dishonest about the number of hours worked. I have photo and video documentation. The local owner refused to see the documentation and aggressively demanded payment. I called the corporate number to complain and am awaiting a return call. I informed the local owner of this and he said he would not wait for his own corporate team to respond and is sending me to collections if I don't pay today. I have taken many pictures and videos to demonstrate that she did not perform even a basic cleaning in almost every area of the house. Several are attached including those that show not even a basic cleaning was done to toilets, sinks, cabinets, and floors. None of the floors she claims to have mopped appear to have been as evidenced by spots remaining on tile and dustpan lines remaining on hardwood (pictures included).Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/20) */ *********************************************************************************************************** ON 9-14-21 MERRY MAIDS CLEAN ************** HOUSE, AFTER CLEANING HE REFUSED TO PAY US, I CALLED MR ********* AND EXPLAINED THAT WE WOULD CORRECT ANY AREAS IN QUESTION, HE AGREED TO LET HER RETURN AS SHE HAD JUST LEFT HIS HOUSE, AS SHE PULLED BACK UP IN HIS DR WAY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE, HE TEXT THE MERRY MAID OFFICE STATING HE DIDN'T WANT HER TO COME BACK. I TEXT HIM STATING WE WANTED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE AND EVEN OFFERED HIM A DISCOUNT, BUT HE REFUSED AND SAID NOT TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN. WE TRIED EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT HE REFUSE OUR EFFORTS. WE WOULD BE WILLING TO HAVE ANY 3TH PARTY ARBITRATOR, LIKE BBB OR ANY RETIRED JUDGE, OR WHO EVER TO RULE ON THIS MATTER, WE WOULD ABIDE BY HIS DECISION 100%, BUT HE WILL AGREE TO THIS BECAUSE HE'S DETERMINED NOT TO PAY US NO MATTER WHAT.
