We have used CHI 3 times in the last 6 years. Each inspector was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and explained all of the findings at the end of the inspection. The follow up pictures and description/ explanation of the potential problem items were well done and helpful for our realtor to address any demand issues with the home seller. CHI is highly recommend in our opinion!Review from David S

We had a wonderful experience with Shawn. He was very through and took us around the house to discuss the few things he found that would require some attention at some point. He was personable and we see why they are highly recommended by our realtor. We would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I am very satisfied with my service from Chattanooga Home Inspectors. They are one of my first experiences with community folks. Makes me happy I chose this city. Felt like I was being taken care of by family. They were efficient, and very professional. They even went out of their way to go back and inspect something the lender wanted. They didn't have to do that, but they did anyway, and on very, very short notice. I really appreciate that. Overall, their inspections was through and the reports was clear and to the point. I can’t recommend Chattanooga Home Inspector enough. Not only were they fast with scheduling and getting out to the house, but the inspection was extremely helpful. Besides the issues that we knew existed, Shannon uncovered some crawl space issues that we were able to negotiate repairs for into the contract of the house. If Shannon didn’t take his job as seriously as he does, we would have had a major issue on our hands. 6/5 stars, definitely recommend and will use again.Chattanooga Home Inspector Response

I would definitely recommend Chattanooga Home Inspectors. Based on inspection of one home we were thinking of purchasing, CHI Found several issues with home, enough for us to walk away from purchase. We eventually found another home to purchase and CHI inspected and came back with a good report on the home. I would definitely recommend Chattanooga Home Inspectors, especially Michael ! He was very knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge with my wife and I, as this is our first time buying a house. He went so far as to make sure we knew where our main water shutoff and breaker box was, just in case we needed them sooner rather than later. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the trainee he had with him, but both of them were fast, efficient, and did an excellent and thorough job!Chattanooga Home Inspector Response
