I got a estimate to repair my door at *** *** **** ** ******** ******* for $500(+) but the person said they had to order parts and they would call me, few days later parts came in and we set up time to get it fixed, the day of I’m waiting and I get a call from another employee saying the other guy prices it too cheap that they will need to charge closer to $1k, I was upset called office and person said they would send the original guy to fix it and it will be at that price, he got there and said I under priced it and you need this & that , and I told him I just wanted the stuff he said he would fix for the $500, he said ok but I had to clear out some items and call them back and he would come fix it, so I hired guys and we cleaned out the garage so they could have room to fix it, I called and they refused to come out now saying that they need to charge the higher price and because I threatened to call bbb that they won’t do it at all , this is poor business relations and to give someone a price in writing and then try to add things in to charge more is crooked , this company needs to respect customers and honor their prices , I have wasted time and stress over this , they need bad reviews and people should know how they do business
