      This transaction started on 09/24/2023 and I paid a total of $68.50 for a black belt from them. Product name is EDC Belt Without Velcro Lining - Size 26" to 34" - Black / Black / 32" The webpage listed an estimated timeframe of **** weeks. 12/17/2023 would have been the 12 week **** and I still have not received the product nor have they responded to my 2 emails sent on 12/13/2023 and 12/15/2023. I would like the product shipped or canceled and refunded so it does not ruin the Christmas present idea.

      I ordered a belt from this company on May 29th 2022. I have reached out but cant get in contact to figure out why I havent received or heard when belt was shipped or even if its been made. I would like a full refund.

      I ordered a belt on 5/18/22 with a lead time of between **** weeks. I recieved a pretty standard Order Confirmation email which had a sales number attached. 13 weeks later I recieved no word about my order so I check to see if I can check my order status via a link/hyperlink in my Conf. Email and their website for a way to check an order, only to find nothing useful. I emailed **************** 3 weeks ago, but haven't recieved any response and still no update on my order. After reading similar reports made here, I can see why

      A week after I submitted my complaint I recieved a shipping confirmation for my order from SOE. Shortly afterwards I recieved a package with my order inside. No one had bothered to reach out to me but since I have finally recieved my order, my complaint is fairly redundant and I would like my complaint to be considered resolved. Complaint #17937029

      I was given an 8 week lead time on the product i ordered and its been 8 months now. I reached out on the status of my order about 6 months in with no response. I then told them id reach out to the BBB if I didnt receive a response to which I was sworn at and called every name in the book. At this point i dont want to give any money to this company.

      I made an order with SOE gear about 11 - 12 months ago and I have not yet received it. I have sent them numerous emails requesting the status of my order and they have not replied. Could you please help me get my order from them. I have a screen scrape of my order that I can send to you should you wish. My order number is #XXXXXX Thank you very much.

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/09/13) */ This order was cancelled and refunded before this was ever filed. And we replied to his emails before he ever filed this claim. And now he has no product and no one makes anything like this. Welcome to his new normal.

      I ordered their product and included advertisements or printed ads that were unprofessional. I simply wrote a email explaining my dissatisfaction with their choice of advertisements, which was not disclosed that they would do and opted out of choosing on their website to receive any future emails. However I'm not as upset about the ads as I am about his response to my original complaint. He advertised on the website about their customer satisfaction. I will include my original email with his responses: warning it is vulgar and dehumanizing. The owner is John Willis and has claimed in his email that our conversation has been now shared on social media and is attempting to bate me into a response. I will upload screen shots of the emails.       Ordered a dump pouch from SOE a year ago and they still havent sent my order out. I tried to give him the benefit of doubt during the pandemic but one year is way too long. I emailed and complained but they only offer instore credit for products i no longer support.
