My vehicle payment was 14 days late and the company sent someone to repo it and made me pay a $400 repo fee. I do not feel it's fair to try to repo something so quick, we was paying it that day. To keep from getting it repoed, I had to take the payment to a credit location and pay $400. Theu also stated since my credit card was past due that effected it. The credit card (which I have now canceled) has nothing to do with the truck. I think this is a bit too extreme for 14 days past due. I reached out to the company for a refund for the $400 and was denied. The asset collection person they habe working for them is very rude and talks terrible to her customers. The truck payment hasn't been late before maybe a few days if any. We have another loan with them and last time we made a payment on the truck we got a call saying that we didn't pay it when we had. They had got something messed up with that payment and the other loan thay we have with them which is on auto pay. I don't feel comfortable having auto pay with them. They can't keep it straight.Initial Complaint

The credit union is claiming charge off on my account when it was clearly discharged in my bankruptcy. I've disputed and they continue to try to defraud Equifax. This is causing me distress and harming my credit.Customer response
