I filed a claim with ***** ***** ******* for insurance through Beecher and Carson on May 24, 2022. And I have been getting a call center since then. I was told that someone will be in touch with me in 5 days. Since then I've called them 7-10 times trying to get the claim processed. ***** ***** ******* has refused to cooperate, by that I mean once they help you file the claim they have nothing else to do with it. I do not understand this process. Because you pay your money for your ******* and the insurance to them but then ***** ***** no longer want to help you with the claim. There is no one in charge. Each time I call Beacher and Carson information line because there's no other way to get in touch with them, I get the same results, nothing.They either don't know who you are or someone will get in touch with you in 5 days. I not heard a thing as of this date July 27th 2022. I would like my claim processed, and not get treated like this. I have been there for 4 years now it's been attacked with pests again. I pay the insurance faithfully so in the event of something like this it can be resolved in a fair and timely manner.I deserve my claim to be resolved. It's been 2 months and I think that's been long enough and I am seeking your help.Initial Complaint

We rented a storage unit through ***** ***** storage in Flanders NJ. We purchased the insurance knowing that all of our belonging would be in storage for atleast 6 months. We covers them with the bags and cushion covers as the site manager recommended. Hired movers on March 11th and they informed us as they were pulling our things out one by one "ma'am everything is covered in mold and it's wet" I took pictures and so did the site manager. The manager forums that there was a giant hole in the ceiling and took pictures as well. No wonder why everything in the back of the unit got ruined. Everything was directly below this giant hole. Thousands of dollars of furniture ruined. He filed an incident report #XXXXXXX and after I called to file a claim. I let them know the day I filed the claim that there was more that needed to be added to the report being it took a while for our movers to get everything into the truck. I was told that I would be contacted within 5 business days. This was on March 11, 2022. It's is now April 22, 2022. I have called the X-XXX-XXX-XXXX number listed in the brochure to file a claim a total of 5 times and get told an adjuster will call you back from the insurance company within 5 days. Well. They haven't. ***** ***** will not give you the insurance companies phone number to call them yourself directly as they are not allowed and this number is only to file a claim. "We do not have that information" Well I did some research and the claims go to this business. Every time I have called ES they confirmed they were contacted. And "I'm sorry" 5 more days! I have tried to call Beecher Carlson several times and you can not speak to a human. On the brochure it states ***** ***** is not responsible for damage or property loss. This is why we purchased the insurance. So your stuff gets damaged. You have to call a different company that just does the report typing then sends it to an insurance company that you can never get in contact with. 6 weeks!
