I bought a *** ***** zero turn last June of 2023. Paid $3800 on payments. Start having a hard time starting when, to the point it would drain the battery. Tractor Supply doesn’t cover the problem, unless you purchase extended warranty. But *** ***** has 3 year warranty. Took the mower to the warranty station, right across the street from the Tractor Supply, where I purchased it. 2 months later, still haven’t got my mower fixed and Tractor Supply basically told me too bad

I rarely leave a negative review, because I love leaving great reviews. It makes me feel better to help good companies. But this company is a rip-off. I've had two orders for ****** Bull Gates in the last 3 months and when they finally arrived (after weeks) were NOT Bull Gates. They were also heavily damaged with dents and warpage through shipment. What I received were just ordinary farm gates that they substituted and charged me the full amount for Bull Gates. I talked to my customer of the first order into taking them, but this last order was done the same way and I will not downgrade his gate system. I have purchased a lot of these in the past and I do know the difference. I don't think tractor supply knows the difference or maybe they just don't care. I spoke with the fine folks at our local Tractor Supply and they were not surprised. They said this is normal for Tractor Supply. They were very nice and understanding and said it was out of their hands, however they recommended I not take possession of the gate. They were very accustomed to these kinds of problems. They also ask me to send in as many negative reviews as I had time for about Tractor Supply. So, I guess I have learned my lesson as I will always order from the local feed and farm. They know the difference in the gates and they won't rip me off. I also noticed none of the reviews below were not addressed by Tractor Supply. I'm thinking they do not care how their customers are treated.

DO NOT buy a trailer from TSC unless you want to be stuck with a trailer that you cannot register. Recently bought a trailer from the Southamtopn NJ location and basically cannot get it registered in PA. After four days of getting the run around on how to proceed, I have decided to make a return. Have to drive an hour south to make the return (which I was told I could return to any location, this is not true due to the NJ title). Then drive another two hours north to a PA location store. And on top of it, it was purchased on a sale price. Being told that maybe they'll honor the sale price for the new trailer that I purchase in PA. Plan is to make a return to the NJ store for full credit and purchase my trailer from another store completely. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Purchase your trailer from any other dealer other than TSC. If I could upload this review with zero stars, I would've.

I have bought horse feed and deer corn and both were mold its all the time at the moore tractor supply mold kills animals if they eat it.

Bought a lawnmower from Tractor Supply. Needed service less than a year. Drove to Tractor Supply, unloaded the lawnmower and brought it in. Tractor Supply- Oh we don't service the lawnmowers we sell , we just supply replacement parts.

They sent the wrong style item. Ordered a double security door it came with damage settled with a small credit but still had to call again since they still had a replacement arriving they never canceled. That supervisor I spoke to should have canceled the replacement and did not. Was left on hold a long time to get it all corrected. So many errors not purchasing through them again

Trying to sell a new trailer with aftermarket parts was told 2 times it was all rewired

On behalf of myself and the many online users who are being spammed by the Tractor Supply Company daily, I file this complaint. For months I have been email-spammed by the Tractor Supply Company. Each time I have been spammed I have followed their "opt-out" procedure. Each time I opted out, I was informed that my request was received and that it would take up to 10 days to be removed from their spam solicitation database. That is an untruth and I continue to be spammed. So, for the past 2 weeks now I have received 8 spam emails and have opted out each time (again). I have screenshots of my opt-outs that I plan to share with other legal entities. The first recorded and documented opt-out took place on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The most recent opt-out was submitted to TSC yesterday, March 25, 2024. If this spammer uses a 10-day calendar period, I should have stopped being spammed on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Otherwise, if the spammer operates on a 10-business-day calendar then I would have stopped being spammed on Friday, March 22, 2024. I plan to report this to other unethical legal practice outlets.

Tractor Supply has a great customer solutions team. If anythung goes wrong with an online order they are always happy to make it right.

They are false advertising - they mislead you into believing they will have your purchase delivered - which is why I purchased from them - but it is through a third party. Spent two full days waiting for a delivery that was never going to arrive. I am so very dissapointed.
