    Wasted thousands of my money on a known sales person who never recommends the right things. I bought a new furnace 14 months ago and my ** went out. Brought another company to look at the ** and when they saw the furnace Greenway had installed, they had the misfortune of telling me Greenway gave me one too small for my square footage and they couldn't replace my ** with the same size unit as the small furnace greenway sold me. Turns out, there was a sales person at greenway known for doing this and wouldn't you know, that was the one that sold me the smaller unit. So now my new furnace is being removed and I have to buy a new one AND a new ** all at once. Apparently there is a saying. There is the right way, the wrong way and the Greenway. And the greenway is the option that has you spending 1,000s on a unit that doesn't work for your place. I will caution all my friends about this company now. I've lived in ********* my whole life. I'm going to tell everyone I know to stay far away from here.

    Took advantage of an elderly, bedridden, invalid widow when her hvac system needed repair. Price gouged her for repairs. Shame on them. BUYER BEWARE!

    Had a new heating and ac unit installed via my home warranty company. Installation wasnt done correctly. So my emergency heat wasnt wired and my ac didnt work.

    Basically feels like a bank robbery in a greenway van. Charges of $989 for less than an hour. All for labor. Criminal. Never use this company or service under any circumstances.

    I have found this company to be unethical to the point of potential criminality. My home warranty company, American Home Shield assigned Greenway to replace my hot water heater, to be covered by the *** warranty.GHS told me that there were five necessary modifications that went beyond what my *** policy covered. GHS said I would have to personally pay the $1,085 for these modifications before they replaced the water heater.Only one of the modifications was necessary according to state regulatory laws. Also, at *********** the total cost of parts for all five modifications is $114.18. The cost of additional labor should've been about $55. Thus, GHSs profit on a fee of $1085 wouldve been $916. I pointed this out to GHS and pleaded with them to reduce their fee to a reasonable amount, they flatly refused.

    I called them to repair a pipe that was leaking upstairs. they came out and replaced the pipe as requested but while they were there the plumber had to cut the water off from the curb. The next day we noticed that water was leaking from curb. when inspected the pvc knuckle was cracked from when the plumber attempted to close the cover lid but wasnt successful. so he stomped the lid so it would close which caused the crack. called them to fix but instead they stated we were responsible. if it was leaking prior to him looking at it seems like he would have let us know it. But instead they stated it was not their fault. I attempted to speak with manager but never received call back. **** broke it and all I wanted was for them to fix it!!! Instead they want us to pay more money to fix something that was not broken/cracked before they came. This is such bad business, if he was a real plumber he would have known better. Instead they insist that this was not done by their company..I asked other plumbers about this and was told that it only cracked because of pressure from stomping on lid he placed on it......not from an old pipe or cracked pipe. I will let everyone know Mister ********************** does bad business and not to be trusted **************

    Greenway/Home Services and American Home Shield , (AHS) referred us to Greenway/Home Services and they came out to conduct an initial inspection of my A/C unit. The tech stated that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. The cost of the coil was covered, however; the cost of the refrigerant is a $165 a lbs and AHS will only pay $10 a lbs. The costumer is responsible for the remainder of the cost. We complained about the price of the refrigerant to Greenway and AHS, and we were given two options by AHS. Pay the $1450 for the refrigerant or a cash out for $265. A manager from Greenway came out and stated that was the price for the refrigerant after his inspection of the A/C unit. Prior to calling AHS, we had our regular service company inspection the A/C and the price of the refrigerant was $65 a lbs. Greenways manager stated that the company marked up the price of the part, to cover the cost of the refrigerant. We asked AHS for a different service company, so we could see if the price of the refrigerant was cheaper, and AHS refused. We paid the $1450 and the unit still isnt working properly. Greenway has been again after repairing the unit because the drain line was clogged due to trash in in the line. The unit is still having issues with refrigerant. The cost of the refrigerant is to high, and AHS options are really not options.Price gouging and options are not fair.

    I have used Mister ********************** for plumbing issues at my business for years. No one comes faster and they get the job done! I recently purchased a Generic Standby Generator from them for my home. ********************* manages their generator devision and he was so easy to work with. I knew right away he was the guy to install our generator. Less than 24 hrs after our install we had our first utility outage. The generator automatically powered up and restored power to our home with 90 secs. Im actually writing this reviews using its power! WAY TO GO MISTER *********************

    I would give negative stars if I could. Dont waste your money or time calling this company to repair your AC. They dont intend to do any work, but do want to take as much of your money (and sanity) as possible in the process.They charged me a fee to come out then gave me a grossly padded and inflated quote ($16K) for work they hadnt even deemed as necessary in their assessment. When trying to drill down into what was actually needed (over multiple calls with over 10 customer service agents) their highest ranking technical manager, ****, remained committed to the scam, quoting $850 for a condensation pump mod (available online for less than $100) as reasonable without him or his techs even looking at it. Needless to say, the inflated quote led the warranty company to reach out for clarity. Rather than being transparent, they tried to bypass them and upsell me a hvac system they themselves admitted was unnecessary. Furthermore, they refused to send the accurate diagnosis to AHS because they knew the most expensive parts would have to be covered and they didnt want to lose good standing with the company that provides them so many clients. They are willing to work overtime to disenfranchise the customer in service of this relationship. Even after over a month of repeated calls and scheduled visits (the last of which they did not even show up for and have yet to reschedule) my AC remains broken on the hottest summer on record and repeated calls continue to end in frustration and inexplicably yet another $300 fee. The whole process is a scam and it should be unconscionable that a company be more committed to money than the safety of their customers during a record heat wave. If you are like me and have a family you need to keep alive, avoid working with this company at all costs!!

    Homeserve didn't seem to care that they assigned my job to an absolutely garbage company that wouldn't do the work. When RCI was first assigned my sewer line repair Duke sent two absolute buffoons to my house to dig up my yard, throw some dirt around, and smash up concrete and absolutely not fix anything. Then it took TWO months to get some sober people to come out and actually fix my sewer line. The whole tike **** kept having sob story excuses and telling me "oh well be out this week". But then they would never come. After the repair I needed my yard fixed. I needed the hole filled in with dirt and my concrete repoured. It took so many phone calls and so many times being lied to that they would be out that day or that week. Finally on the ******** hottest day of the year some guy comes and pours some crooked concrete walkway and step. 10/10 do not recommend this experience. Duke is so full of it. Don't buy into his mess. Early March to the end of June my yard was wrecked for a repair and restoration that should have taken less than a week. And it still looks bad.
