Unfortunately we do not recommend using Bison Countertops. They installed the counters in our brand new construction home in 2021 and we ended up developing a decent size crack in our counter shortly after moving in. We were running an air fryer for about 5 minutes when a very loud noise sounded and the countertop cracked. We were only in our new home for a few months at this point. This was noted on our re-inspection report at our one year warranty check and at that time the builder notified Bison. They have now taken several months after contacting them multiple times and after 4 months have only offered to epoxy the crack, still leaving it visible. They then proceeded to blame us for the crack happening and stated "this does not usually happen." I questioned why we would install countertops if we are not able to use modern appliances? Seems quite counterintuitve. We have dealt with Elisma and Hannah who have both been extremely unresponsive and have done nothing to help us. This company clearly places cheap countertops and they do not provide quality work. I have attached photos for reference. They left sticky residue along every countertop in our house, did not caulk properly and now are refusing to fix a crack that is clearly a result of a cheap product.The only thing that has been offered to us is for them to come out at caulk, what a joke. Steer clear as there are so many companies that provide better quality countertops who we will now have to use to fix their mistakes.

The countertops in this home were installed in July 2021. This family has since moved in and made use of those countertops. Regarding the crack in the countertop, they let us know that they had an air fryer sitting on that spot and they heard a noise while the air fryer was running. When they moved the air fryer, there was a crack in the countertop underneath it. This is not covered under warranty. However, we offered to do a repair at no cost to the homeowner OR to replace the countertops with a 50% discount. All we asked was that they cover the material and we would have provided the labor at no cost to them. Since their online attacks on our company, these offers are no longer available to them. Our company offers a 1-year workmanship warranty but that does not cover everyday cleaning or customer abuse. The customer provided photos and accused us of poor quality workmanship and of leaving the countertops dirty. We clean all countertops at time of installation and builders have their new construction homes professionally cleaned after all their work is completed. Again, the family have since moved in and made use of the countertops. The dirt they're complaining about was not left by us, and they left an appliance running hot directly on their countertop against the manufacturer's care and maintenance guide.
