My orders was sent out on 12/3/21 and picked up by lasership I have many email and tracking information never received my package. The Tracking number is *************** all is saying is that package has attempt delivery please help I just want my package.Business response

I have been waiting on a delivery since last week and each time it is out for delivery, they for some reason can't deliver it and say there is an issue. I sent in an inquiry online as suggested by LaserShip and have yet to receive a response back. There was another attempt of delivery yesterday afternoon and I just so happen to be outside. The driver was driving a gray minivan with the ** icon on the side of it. The driver sped past my house, as if it was a drag strip, went up in the cul de sac and circled around, and sped right past my house again and out the subdivision he went. If the driver was able to drive past my house, then that means he knows where the delivery should be. How can a person deliver a package in a neighborhood if you are driving too fast to even notice the addresses on the mailboxes? Also, as a delivery driver, if you see that you are close to the mailbox number by looking at other numbers, then wouldn't you slow down so you can make sure you find the one you are looking for. I am not a delivery driver but I would think this would be common sense. I, also, did not get another update, and I have requested this as well, advising me that once again LaserShip was unable to deliver my package. I had to check on the status on my own today and another notification from *** last night that the package couldn't be delivered. There is nothing special about my house, meaning no hill, no hidden driveway, nothing blocking it, etc. It is literally a house just like any other house that has the address clearly marked. We have ZERO issues with any other delivery service but this one. ***, ****** ******, and others have all delivered packages and I have never had an experience like this. I have tried calling LaserShip and was on hold for 45 mins last night listening to a recording advising me to send an inquiry online and as mentioned above, already tried this and still no response. I need my package delivered asap!Business response

I ordered from ******* late November 23rf thier early****** ****** sale got a *** ordered and shipped out by lasership tracking number 1LSXXXXXXXXXXXX. Said was out for delivery yesterday. Office is literally one hour from my house but magically at nine pm last night all of a sudden package nowhere to be seen or scanned In after that time frame. Have contacted and escalated with ******* as well as looking into hiring a lawyer possibly cause this is fraud and theft. Customer service is no help at all with this company. Pls help me resolve this issueBusiness response

It takes 1-2 days to prepare for the second attempt so we can get the accurate info. and fix the label. Customer was very angry and insisted package to be delivered at the same day before we can fix the label. Driver dropped that package at the correct address but wrong lot number as we received it very late from customer, and driver didn't have the correct label. I contacted company numerous times I have screenshots and phone records to prove trying to correct the address evdn gave it to the service agent the day before. I was far from angry.. Irritated yes far from angry. Your driver dropped a signature required *** off at an abandoned house. Plain and simple. Just look at thier ******** page and the poor people on there. I am getting refund thru******** so I am thoroughly happy with that but with what happened to me and dealing with this company I feel like there shoild be some type of compensation from thier side due to driver negligence bejng I told this said compnau thru multiple reps of thiers the correct address yet not fixed yet dumped at an abandoned house. This is not top notch quality as your website explains it is. Hiflhy dissatisfied as well as dealing with a heartbroken son who lost his *** that I fought to buy. Disgraceful!Initial Complaint

I received an email on 11/9 saying my package was delivered at ****. I was home I went to the door and nothing was there. I didn't hear a knock or see a truck. This company never delivered my package to my resident. I have been a customer of *********** for years never had a problem. The one time they send my package through a new company it never arrives.Business response

I received another email from the company saying that my package was delivered. After I responded they sent an email on yesterday 11/15 saying it wasn't delivered. Constant delay delivery date changing constantly. Today, I recieved a text that they could not deliver my package which was incorret since I was home at the time they stated that they could deliver. My address is correct on the order. This company screws delivery ever I order from I Herb. I want my package ASAP and a explanation why they could not deliver it. I do not reccommend any one to use LASESHIP.Business response

I ordered a package from an online retailer who uses Lasership as their shipping provider. My package said it was going to arrive Saturday Oct. 23. I never received it. Then on Monday Oct 25th, my package said out for delivery and that it would arrive today (being Monday). Then around *** the status changed to "exception" & said there has been a delay. The reviews for this company are terrible & every other review says they didnt get their package either. I don't want my money back, I want my package.Business response

LaserShip is TERRIBLE and I don't recommend anyone to ever have a package or anything sent thru them! I want to opt out and not have them deliver anything else to me! I did not receive the last package, it was delivered to the wrong address ON 09/30/21. ( Tracking Number ***************)..It was delivered to apt 1903. How did they confuse 1903 with 403??? Then you try to call and speak with someone and cannot get in touch with anyone. They are not helpful at all but emailed me back and said that they have to investigate. I have cameras outside of my house and can show proof that no one came to deliver a package to my apartment all day!!! I went to knock on the door it was left it because I noticed the sign in the picture and knew who yard it was but they claim that they don't have it which I'm sure they do but they wont give it back! So I just wasted my money on something that I cant even use and I am not asking for my money back I JUST WANT MY PACKAGE!!!Business response

We Have marked this delivery as cancelled in our system to be easier for the customer to contact their seller for any further assistance. Thank you. It still shows delivered on the website and they said that they need to update it and show that it was cancelled Because of them delivering to the incorrect address. I am needing Lasership to provide proof that it was never delivered to the correct address. **** is needing them to provide proof before they are able to refund me or even send me another package! Thanks!
