When I placed my online order, their system was zooming in my pictures too much. I attempted several times to correct it online but was unable to. I emailed them well over a dozen times trying to get them to correct it and send me proofs to approve prior to making my pillows. They took numerous days, sometimes a week or more to respond to my emails, they never sent me proofs to approve before shipping my pillow and they dont even have a customer service phone number to call. Everything has to done by email, but clearly either theyre hiring people who dont comprehend English or they dont have enough staff or they just dont care because most of my emails went unanswered and then they shipped the pillows without sending me proofs first, like they were supposed to, and, of course the picture is wrong but I cant even call and talk to a person because they dont list a phone number. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The first picture I uploaded is the original picture that the pillow should look like. The second picture is the pillow they sent me and, as you can see, most of my face is cut off.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pillow for my mom for Mothers Day. I placed the order on April 30, 2025. Payment was taken from my bank and I was sent a message that my order was in production and a tentative shipping date of 5/8/25. I then received messages stating that the photo I sent was low *** and might be blurry on the pillow. As it was the only photo I had, I was fine with that. The shipping date was delayed several times, and I messaged the company, and was told that it would go into the production process. I have still not received my order. Eventually I sent another picture for a gift for my son, TWICE. They are refusing to give me a refund because its for a custom item, but theyre also ignoring the new photo and have not replied in days. I feel defrauded at this point, paying over $70 for a small custom pillow that I feel sure I will never receive.Initial Complaint

I ordered a custom pillow with my dogs picture and they sent me a generic dog, doesnt even look close to my dog. I have emailed them about 5 times, left them a message on their customer service page and I have not received any replies. I tried to call the number that was provided and it isnt in service. I ordered 3 pillows from this company and only received one. I tried calling them twice and the phone was busy. I have also sent 2 emails to their customer service department with no response. I would like a refund on my order or the order to be completed. My tracking number says all items were delivered, they were not.Business Response

I purchased several articles and I have never received them nor have I received a tracking number or email from this company. I have also tried to go back to the site but there is an error each time that the website is closed! I have no recourse to get my refund or articles I purchased.Business Response

I placed an order for my pillow on Jan 27, 2025. I received a tracking number which I followed. The tracking number specified a Feb 3, 2025 delivery date. On the day of said delivery i got an email from the company stating that my order was delayed and could be lost. I contacted the company via email and i was told each time to wait as it could still arrive. As of today my order is still has not updated since Jan 30, 2025. I placed an order on December 20th. I got a notification on January 17th that it was delivered. It was a purple bag with nothing in it! I've emailed them and tried calling but their number doesn't work. I haven't gotten any respone.Business Response

The order has shipped and was marked as delivered on 8/9. The customer never responded to us after we indicated that a replacement would be processed. I placed an order with All About Vibe and despite it saying it was shipped it continues to say shipment delayed but still on its way for weeks. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The order # is ******. I have emailed them at least 5 times with no response. I have tried to call but any number listed for them doesnt work. All of the emails received were responded to each time. **** has delayed many packages shipped between Dec and now, so this is not something we could have prevented. The original order was finally delivered by **** on 2/12/24 and as a courtesy, the shipping fee was refunded. A gift card for the inconvenience was also emailed.Customer Answer
