    I wish I could leave a zero star but I can’t. This is absolutely the most ridiculous credit card company I’ve ever encountered

    You been warned!! Don't waste your time!! Random red flags!! Company keep say my card lost.. when its not!! Takes 15day day to get new one!! For far they send 3 credit card.. save the headache for somthing else!! They slow on payments, take 5 day! To process payment!! Keep in mind they don't report good payment to 3 credit bureaus!! You better off applying for secure credit card !! Company and joke!! Please its an trapped !! You been warned ?? warning dangers warning dangers warning dangers warning dangers warning dangers!!

    I could leave a negative star review on this Credit Card company I would a negative 5 star review. I made a payment to pay off the full balance on my card, they then locked my account for doing so. I received a letter to call them to verify that it was me that made the payment. I was told I needed to send them a bank statement showing that the payment cleared and that I was indeed the owner of the checking account. It was the same account I used to make all my other payments to them. I proceeded to close the account and pay the rest of the balance and then they wanted to charge me a fee for making a payment over the phone before they can close the account. This again absurd. If you are looking for a credit card I would recommend looking else were. Their online access is hard to use, their customer service staff is very rude and hung up on me when I demanded to speak to a supervisor. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST DIGITAL credit card.
