5 starsWOW! My AC went down and a friend called Loyal for me. (The company he uses.) ******* ******** was the tech who came to do the work. Can't tell you how impressed I was! He was the absolute nicest young man! VERY professional with rare work ethics! He had the problem nailed down and fixed in 15 minutes! He recommended surge protectors to prevent it again, which I will do. I will also be joining their Service Membership. If and when I need AC work done again, I WILL be calling Loyal and I WILL request ******* ********! Your employees MAKE your company and ******* is proof of that!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!Review fromJoe G

5 stars**** and his apprentice came in today and installed a new kitchen sink. They had to do a few extra steps because of the previous installation and did a great job keeping me in the loop. They both were very polite and professional. Cleanup was great as well. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future.Review fromRob F

1 starThis company is prompt and responds quickly when contacted, but their prices are quite high. My mom was charged $3,400, including tax, for the installation of a new water heater. When I reached out to the business, I learned that they don't have an hourly rate; instead, they charge by the job, and they deemed $3,400 to be a reasonable price.
The specific water heater that was installed can be found on Lowe's website for $719. However, I was told that the water heater cost $1,200 because it is a special model designed for use in a mobile home. I understand the challenges of living in a mobile home since I live in one myself! They also mentioned that the installation took two hours. If the water heater did cost $1,200, that leaves approximately $2,000 (not including tax) for the installation itself, which translates to a charge of $1,000 per hour.
This seems excessive, and it gives the impression that you are taking advantage of people.
