If I could give a 0 I would. Had vehicle towed to them due to rattling in motor. After two days of being there was told that it was a bolt had come loose on the fly wheel that had come off then was told the fly wheel was cracked and the starter was needing to replaced. They were supposed to replace fly wheel rear main seal and starter. After a week of being there got a bill for $1400 transmission bolts( $850 for this part) haven't been touched, still leaking oil and only thing on there new was a starter, still running rough, rear hasn't been touched you can clearly see they haven't been touched. Don't deal with the o key thing they did was replace a starter and charged me $1500. We were recommended to go here and we will never recommend them to anyone else. Now we r having to take to another shop to fix what they should've fixed to begin with.

This is absolutely untrue. The customer came in for a knocking noise that he suspected was the torque converter. We checked it and advised him that the Torque converter was not the issue. What he actually needed was a Flexplate and Starter. He approved doing the repairs as well as a rear main seal which was done only because we would be close to it as we were changing the flexplate.
We were never asked to check or repair any oil leaks.
I am sure there are oil leaks as well as other items the customer did not ask or want to have addressed.
We called and have a price before any repairs were made and the customer agreed to the price.
The repairs we changed for were completed at the agreed upon price.

I had my car towed to automotive experts on 4/ 30 here it is 7/27 and my car is still in that shop they called me on 6/15 and told me it was ready so I went there to pick it up and it was not ready they put the wrong parts on my car and wanted me to pay 1650 it's. Stiil in that shop after 3 mounths and it's still not fixed

There was no wrong parts on Mr. J**** vehicle. We had to special order parts for his **** ****** from Germany. Due to the current industry setbacks stemming from COVID- that took quite some time. There were some incorrect parts that were shipped to us, however, we did not install those parts. We returned the incorrect parts, and in the meantime received the correct parts, which we did install on his vehicle. The vehicle is ready, and I believe this was a case of misunderstanding. We did not attempt to charge for incorrect parts, we never installed incorrect parts, and any parts we received that were incorrect were returned at no cost to either Mr. J****, nor us because **** ****** was at fault for sending the incorrect parts. They were not the parts we ordered. We fully understand the frustration Mr. J**** has with the length of time it takes to get parts for his vehicle. In fact, we share in that frustration. There are no local **** ****** manufacturers/parts suppliers to our area and the closest **** ****** factory parts supplier is in Charlotte, NC. When we order from Charlotte, it typically takes a few days to get the part, unless it is a special order item that is not regularly stocked. Those parts have to come from the **** ****** factory in Germany. I absolutely never want to hold a customers vehicle for any more than two or three days, but we are forced to rely on outside variables when it comes to parts and shipping times. Mr. J**** picked the vehicle up this week and it is our understanding he was satisfied with the work completed on his vehicle.
