I haven’t rent from y’all I called this morning and he was definitely rude as hell I’m just a young black man trying to get a place to live so I don’t be on the street and I can even make a call to the office he blocked my number smh that’s sad and he was loud and rude white black blue or green color don’t matter you treat everybody the same that was god telling me know that’s not we I want you to fit in y’all be bless and hope this man get some better worker for him it’s not like y’all have houses y’all got mobile trailers that’s not even brand new

If you can't even have enough common sense and respect to take off your headphones while trying to talk to us, then you have no right to even knave a review. you even state that you do not and have not rented from us.

I called today to inquire about openings. The man that answered the phone was not very customer service oriented. I asked for 3 or 4-bedroom availability and he just made a comment about 4 bedrooms not being a thing. Which is fine, I have only rented a house and an apartment so I didn't know. Then I proceeded to ask when they would have availability for a 3 bedroom and he said he didn't know. I asked if I should call back in a few weeks and his response was I won't have anything then. Reading the below comments, I would not say he was rude in that sense to me but was definitely not helpful. I am paying $1400 a month for an apartment right now and I am just looking to move somewhere a little more cost-friendly. I do not have any dogs or anything as well as I have good rental history and good credit. Typically, when I have called they have been able to give me a roundabout time for availability or they have asked for my name and number to contact me when something does come available. I am a bit disappointed in the experience I had.

considering that you have never contacted us or come into our office. you should not even be leaving reviews. you are not nor have ever been a tenant in our properties.

After being late on rent they took it upon themselves to turn off my water AND power without any kind of notice. Always rude and rent was never the amount that was written in the lease. Fees and overages would just magically appear making my 795 rent almost 1000 a month for a trailer with no water pressure and poor air system

You are a deadbeat, who violated the pet policy and had a dog in my home. AND,YOU WERE EVICTED FOR NOT PAYING YOUR RENT. LEFT OWING OVER $2500 IN RENT, DAMAGE. AND CKEAN UP.

The son is absolutely horrible. My fiancé and I went in to speak with him about renting a mobile home after being directed there by the father we spoke to via phone. The son was completely rude the entire time, and was being racist to us. I provided proof of income with my bank statements and my fiancé’s pay stubs - he refused to take my bank statements because I own a business and I had proof of deposits, he said what we provided didn’t count. He then called my fiancé back into the office after we left, and told him there was another a house he could rent him weekly, he went back in to speak to him about it then the son proceeded to say he can’t look at the home and that he’s not staying in the office until they close because he didn’t want to wait on us to look at the property. The father told us they don’t close until 3pm on Fridays. I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time with this company. I cannot believe we were treated the way we were. The looks we were given was disturbing and I didn’t feel safe. If they treat people like this and don’t care it says a lot.

You and your fiance are nothing but scam artists. That is why you didn't qualify to rent from us. And my office is only open by appointment. And if I want to close at 2pm 9n Friday, I will.
