      On 10/03/2022 I purchased a 2010 **** ******* at ****** ********** ***. I was told that I should receive my auto plates and title in about three to four weeks. I contacted the salesperson, Terry, at about week five. He told me that the DMV was the problem. A few days later I contacted the DMV and stated that they have not received the paperwork from Modern Automotive Sales.I contacted Terry again and he stated that a check was sent to the bank and again stated the problem was with the DMV. On or about 12/16/2022 I contacted Modern Automotive Sales main office and spoke to Ronda. Ronda stated the bank was the problem and has not released the title, I requested the banks phone number but she would not give it to me. She has not to date, 12/21/2022, contacted me.

      I've been lied to and given a song and dance about my problem. Today I was stopped by the Police and give a written warning for expired dealer plates. Also, if I'm stopped again with the expired plates I would receive a ticket. This is not my fault and because of Modern Automotive Sales LLC poor dilligence in this matter, I need help.

      I had bought a car from them 2 months ago. My car has been stalling for a few days now so I took it to Toyota. They told me my car was in a big bad wreck and they don’t know why my car is on the road. They said I’m missing a air filter box. That’s a part that makes the car run plus keep debris from going to the motor. The company lied and said I had a warranty then turn back around and told me 2 days later that part didn’t come with a warranty. So basically the sold me a lemon plus refuse to pay for something that was already missing from the car. The man that’s over the hold building told me I have to basically buy the part myself plus put it on myself

      Ms ******, purchased her corolla from us AS IS but I do see where she purchased an extended warranty thru pro guard warranty, I'm sorry if this particular part was not covered by her extended warranty, and i'll be glad to look into it and see if we can help in any way or maybe ever purchase the air filter box for her in an attempt to make Ms ****** happy.
