Took my sons car in for transmission issues. Their diagnosis was transmission has codes needs replaced $7400. My son went in and asked for the codes twice and was told they didn’t have them nor could get them. I went in and questioned this and was immediately told my son didn’t ask this. He had his phone on speaker and I heard him. So he was called a liar not only by the service advisors but Mark W******* himself. When I got irate Mr. W******* told me take my car and never come back. When I posted to social media about my experience, Mr. W******* commented and kept arguing via social media. Not professional at all considering him nor his dealership was tagged in the post. I would say guilty people troll social media to try and justify their wrongs. Beware of this establishment and the owner!!

No arguments, The guy was yelling at our employees and I asked him to leave. I refunded every penny that he paid us and then he proceeded to take it to social media. There I expressed how this person was acting and left it at that. People hate being called out when they act like a jerk and he was. We wish him the best and hope he has better days!Review from Carla M

So I owned my dream car for all of 4 days. When I bought the car, Lake Keowee Dodge said I could take it home on Friday and come back Saturday morning to finish signing papers. Ok, great. On the way home my husband was driving and noticed a noise. I noticed it too and said I won’t sign anything until they look at it Saturday. Saturday came and I went back and they “fixed” it. I didn’t hear it anymore and was like ok great. There were some scratches on the vehicle so part of the deal was they would get those buffed out but the detail guy is only there on mondays. So Monday came, I went there at 3 when they told me to be there just to find out the guy would be there at 4. I live in greenville and bought a car in Seneca so it’s already a pretty good drive. Thankfully my husband was with me again and he heard what sounded like a popping sound. While we’re there, we tell them AGAIN. The service guys drove the vehicle and heard it!!! Their response was we will check it for safety and make an appointment for you to come back for a diagnoses and how to fix it….2 weeks later. Fast forward to less than 48 hours later…this happened. I’m literally driving down the road to pick up my daughter and my entire tire falls off and rolls down 178. I am thankful that my daughter was not with me and that I didn’t kill myself or anyone else but this is unacceptable. The problem?? The lug nuts were not tightened!! I don’t assume to be super smart or know a lot about cars but I could have swore the lug nuts are what keeps the tire attached. This was a very simple fix. A very preventable accident. The only person who even apologized was the detail guy!!! I am so glad it wasn’t any worse but I would not recommend doing business with Lake Keowee Dodge ever.
