We signed a contract with **** *********, of Nationwide Developments Inc. in September of 2021. We put 10k down for a large project of a FROG with a storage room, a bath and a huge master with bath downstairs. He RIPPED our HOME up, removing stairs, walls, ceilings, insulation etc. We never did anything more!! He strung us along, despite having a finish date in the contract of Nov. 20. At $150 a day over completion date. We offered to drop that if he would just finish. He agreed and said he would return our full deposite if he did not start by Apr 4. He did not start. We have no money. OUR HOME IS A DISASTER AND WE ARE LIVING LIKE HOARDERS. He made a lot of promises he broke. I have pics of cashed check, contract, and our disaster of a home if needed. We never would have tore up so much of our home at one time if not for his promises. He should not be licensed. He is a thief, liar and vandal. He left our home as a safety risk to us. Electric wires left cut and dangling, We were unable to stay warm this past winter despite refills on our tank. He had lost his license in February and kept that secret from us. We found out the "engineer he was going to use is not even a engineer and he stiffed him too he said he can have his plans oked by a engineer he works with for an extra fee, but he didn't get paid so he never gave over any plans. This is a nightmare and he needs to pay! He is also using a different business address for himself and his wife *****, but the same business name and people.
