  In February on 2021, I took my vehicle to German Auto for a diagnostic test. They told me that the Transfer Case carrier needed to be replaced. I agreed to have them do the work and they were suppose to perform a transmission service as well as replace the transmission filter and fluids. At that time i paid them $1535.00 dollars. My vehicle was still having the same problem when I took it there after i picked it up. I took my vehicle back and drove the mechanic Nick around so he could feel what the vehicle was doing. After about two weeks I was advised that the Torque Convertor now needed to be replaced. I had them file a claim with my warranty company. Ever time i spoke with my warranty company they advised me that German Auto was not providing them with the paperwork needed to fix my vehicle. I then learned that the hired clerk Jennifer was out sick and that the other mechanic girlfriend whom was not an employee was sending paperwork over to my warranty company did not need to sent,

FOLLOWED FAULT TREE PROCEDURE FOR JUDDERING ON CORNERING: STARTED CORNERING JUST BEFORE FULL STEERING STOP AND FELT THE JUDDER, THEN PUT TRANSMISSION INTO NEUTRAL AND COASTED TO A STANDSTILL AND FELT THE JUDDER. The business did so call replaced the transfer case planet carrier, but the vehicle was not functioning properly when I picked it up. That's why i had to take the vehicle to Mercedes dealership to. They advised me that the Transfer case and Solenoid clutches needed to be replaced. The BMW mechanic(Robert) girlfriend sent the wrong paperwork to my warranty company so they refuse to pay for my repairs. I had to pay out of pocket another mechanic to fix the problem that they did not fix. I was told by the mechanic Nick that the computer was reading that my Torque Convertor needed to be replaced, and my question was to him why didnt that come up the first time you performed a diagnostic test told me that it was the transfer case planet carrier. He could not answer. This business failed to properly diagnose my vehicle but charged for something that he knew would not fix the problem. This was negligent on their part and they should refund me all my monies of $1535.00. The owner of this business is never there and when he is the he smells like alcohol, I smelled it on him personally. Dont ever take your vehicle here if you want it to fixed correctly. I had 2 other mechanics look at my vehicle and explained to me that nothing was every done my vehicle. They didn't change the transmission filter or fluid that they charged me for and the seals are leaking that the charged me for. Then I was told they would warranty work that they never did, i thought this was funny. This place needs to investigated by the Better Business Bureau and shut down for treating customers this way. Oh and dont try to pay them with a credit card because they will charge you a additional 8% fee, they want cash so it cant be traced.
