My name is Gwendolyn W****** My daughter Tavia W****** cosign for a vehicle for me My daughter had a lot of tickets i paid for it. Ok they told me once the ticket was paid off then we could get the tag ok so now it was another ticket so my daughter pay for it about two weeks ago the police stop me because the paper tags already expired so we ask for extension for a paper tags they can't do that ok so my daughter doesn't have a license so they want My daughter to get a SRS 22 how when she doesn't have no license i have license so i talk to the manager i told him let me get my money back he told me the deal have been done this being going on now about 2 months now. But he told me that they could repossessed it and none of this thing was discussed only things was discussed have your daughter to pay for the tickets and she could get tags My name is not on this vehicle at all it only supposed to be cosign that allCrews Chevrolet Response

Hello. As stated by the customer, we have fully explained their obligations to the State and DMV. They must be current with the DMV in order to title the car. We stand by ready to help, but the owners of the vehicle must be in compliance with the Sate of SC.Review from Elainey M

My husband took to Crews under a warranty with the original transmission. The truck sat in their parking lot for 6 months...6 whole months bc GM had back ordered parts. Crews didn't offer any customer service for any rental during this difficult time. Consistently called to get updates, Jordan never knew or had to call back or either she wasn't to be found in the office. After calling GM makers and going back/ forth about a part for the trans crews offers to replace the part with After market and cancel the rest of our warranty (which we declined!) We had to do their JOB. After months of waiting, Crews pushed for a new transmission, GM approved it with no problems immediately. We waited entirely too long for this to be this simple. My husband told Jordan and the service manager to replace the rear main seal while putting the new trans in. When picking the truck up, it was stated from the Crews employee Jordan rear main seal had been replaced & has2 yr warranty. Got the truck home, parked under our garage to let it sit for a whole day. Low & behold it started leaking oil. My husband took a picture went back with the truck to get checked, they stated the rear main never got touched. After it was stated we would pay the difference since they had the trans out. The service manager stated it looked OK he didn't touch it after giving them the direction to change it out anyways.. but bc he didn't want to, he didn't. The service manager wanted to argue about it being the oil pan leaking. After they checked it out, it was clear that was the issue as stated when dropping the truck off again was the rear main seal. They quoted us thousands of dollars to change it after they lied to us, and didn't own up to the mistake. Its been hell dealing with Crews and we do not recommend doing business with them. I will be posting this review everywhere possible due to lack of professional service. Sadly the company & employees doesn't care about their customers at all. Thank you for allowing us to respond. The transmission that failed was installed by a non-GM repair facility. Then when it failed, it was brought to us in Jan 2023. This complicated the warranty procedures that must be followed to protect the customer. After multiple attempts to secure the approved repair parts, as well as alternative solutions, we did finally get GM to agree to replace the transmission in May 2023. The only work approved was to replace the transmission. The other parts outlined by the customer were not approved for repair, either by GM or in our files. So the rear main seal issue did not occur based on our work. We have presented the quotes to fix ongoing problems with the vehicle , as refenced by the customer review, but those repairs we not authorized. We spent months trying to get the customer's vehicle repaired safely and correctly, even though we didn't repair the parts that failed.Review from JAMES B

Took my car in to have a squeaking seat repaired and they repaired the wrong one and damaged my sunshade. Now I'm over 2000.00 in service charges and the squeaking seat is still an issue. I told them it was the driverside and the replaced the back.....Crews Chevrolet Response

I purchased a Camaro from Crews on 7/25. Asked for a few things to be fixed before hand major problem being the AC. They say cool not a problem. Car sits in the services department for a week. 24hrs after dropping it off until day 8 I was told that the car would be ready tomorrow. Finally get car back. Now there is rattling​ coming from the rear-end. Decided to have a different mechanic look at the car. Mechanic found that the sway bar was not properly installed and the bolts were very loose (thanks for the safety hazard Crews service team). Less than a week later AC goes out again and a fan is constantly running under the hood about 15 minutes after the car is turned off. Back to Crews I go. Car sits in service for 5 days this time. Now once again a few days later guess who's having the very same AC issues. I mean the exact same issue. This buying experience with Crews has been an absolute nightmare the worst that I've ever had. I'm planning on purchasing another car in 2 years and I can guarantee that I will never purchase from Crews again nor recommend Crews to anyone. I chose them because of all their "best of" awards but I could have gotten this terrible experience from a hole in the wall buy here pay here car lot. At this point I just want them to FIX the AC problem as promised and not give me a reason to drive to that dealership again.Crews Chevrolet Response

As of this date 9/13, the car is repaired and the customer will pick up the vehicle. The vehicle in good vehicle and the A/C is in good working order.
