    I can't believe you created such a hard and problematic payment system while you are being only a payment system. I spent hours trying to make a 15 USD payment, and it's not working! Phone or website system, not working. Your phone system does not recognize the account number you gave to me on the bill, and the online system does not accept any credit cards, although I checked with the banks, and they are all fine and working. It seems so sketchy that I am unsure if they would process my check, so I prefer not to take that route. Paying a 15 USD bill should not take my hours. It is impossible to reach their costumer support which is open only during the work hours.

    I have been receiving bills from PerYourHealth for 2 medical claims that occured in 2024. I have attempted to pay them via the instructions listed on the bills (PerYourHealth website online bill pay and pay by phone) but neither method works, both give errors when trying to pay and the payments won't go through. I have also called their Billing customer service but they are unable to take payments by phone. I also believe the amounts requested were already previously paid, and they are double billing me. I contacted my health insurance company and they indicated that they don't work with this company. I am requesting that the bills be marked as paid and that I receive no more bills in the mail. The 2 bills I'm referring to are Account number ***************** *** *****************.

    I had surgery in September 2023 for which I was billed an anesthesia bill for. I was making payments on Peryourhealth.com which is where I was directed to go pay on the ASPA (Anesthesia Services PA) billing statement I received. The last statement I received a few months ago still says I owe $40 and when I try to log on to the peryourhealth website or call the phone number it says they’re closed due to an outage. I have been receiving this message for months now. I want this bill cleared from my account and for it not to go to collections however it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. With all of the other reviews I’m reading about this company I’m wondering if my bill is even legit and if my monthly payments have been received and applied to my account.

    I received a mail about to pay for an invoice for 100$ I trying many times to have a communication with the company to ask about the invoice no positive response… the phone never worked 866-759-4528 and I tried to have any further information through the web site and it is a scam scam scam … so just let you know about this

    received bill 2/19/24 for bloodwork my son had 11/28/23. the date, dr and a few of the tests were correct. Insurance covers all bloodwork and looking in my Uchealth app my insurance paid all but $3.15. The amounts on the "per your health" bill don't even make sense and they include a fake insurance payment my insurance has no record of. the first website says its down temp closed and noone answers the phone #. looking further this company is in the phillipines and has 3 states listed on the bill. all over google and reddit people are showing similar issues some even paying the bill only to be told they owe more. this is A SCAM NOT A REAL BILLING SERVICE. the new site they are morphing to is peryourhealth.today. and at the very buttom you can see it was created by this generic web creator that a child can use, noone who takes credit card info etc uses a site like that. SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

    Medical Services covered 03/2021 - 07/2021
    All Medical Services were covered by my insurance BCBS and paid for by them in the 2021 fiscal year.

    In 10/2022 this company contacted me asking for a duplicate payment of all services. I spoke with their rep and my insurance. Sent proof to their email that my payment was completed including copies of bank statements for the exact payments requested.

    Received 2nd notice of same bill 11/2022. Call 11/9 and was told they were still investigating the issue.

    Received 3rd notice 12/2022 and called 12/14 and was told the same thing. Representative confirmed the bill would not be sent to collections while an investigation is ongoing. My insurance again confirmed that there was no payment required and these were duplicate charges.

    Received 4th notice 01/2023 saying that if payment was not made immediately bill would be sent to collections.

    Called my insurance who joined in a call to their billing office. Billing office said there was 0 balance due but was not willing to send any paperwork confirming that I had 0 balance due. They also could not confirm that the previous balance would not be sent to collections.

    Billing office transferred me to the customer service line which hung up on us immediately upon calling.
    We called a second time immediately after. Representative Gordon was helpful but was unable to send us any confirmation of 0$ balance nor could confirm they would not send to collections. His supervisor Justin joined call and was again unable to provide any confirmations and said it could take up to 3 weeks to receive confirmation that my balance was 0$. His company is threatening to send us to collections in less than 2 weeks.

    They are unwilling to send any confirmation of the amount that I actually owe. Threatening collections on duplicate fraudulent charge in 2 weeks.

    Need:
    - Immediately confirmation of 0$ Balance
    -Confirmation fraud charges will not be sent to collections
    -Immediate end to harassment

    This company sent me a duplicate bill for a mammogram. I received the same bill from Riverside billing. I attempted to call the number three times to ask the reasoning for this invoice, the representative refused to let me speak with a supervisor, on the two occasions that I called. They kept sending these invoices and since my credit is important to me, i decided to pay this nonsense bill, and now they are apparently refusing to clear the balance even though they sent me a receipt for payment via email
