              I had a few windows replaced by this company, the price was right and the material was as promised. However after installation one window had a interior seal failure, I notified the company and they said they would replace the window which was expected, they said it would take 8 weeks to get the replacement. After 10 weeks I called and they said they had the new window but they didn't have anyone to install the window, they would call when they could get someone to install it, I called today 12/1/21 and asked to get the window installed and was told again they didn't have anyone to install. I asked for the manager and was told he wasn't there and asked for a return call but he hasn't called. This has been going on since 8/2/21, people close to us had all of their windows replaced and they had installers for that but they don't have anyone to install one? They have been running the ads on TV about how they stand behind their windows.

              Staffing with experienced workers has been a challenge for the last two years. I'm sure everyone is to a point that it sounds like an excuse, but it is real. it has taken some time to move a experienced installer from his regular duties and allow this replacement to take place. On 12-6-2021 the replacement is being done. Sorry it had to come to this complaint, but we are doing the best we can with the dedicated people who decide to work . Thank you Scott D
