Description: Took my Jeep Wrangler to Myrtle Beach Jeep, 785 **********, Myrtle Beach, ** ***** on November 29, 2023, because I had a leak on the drivers side floor board under the gas pedals. Called the Myrtle Beach Jeep on December 12, 2023 after it had rained and the leak problem wasnt fixed. They told me they would put my name on the list for their Leak Pro person, when they came in. Called Myrtle Beach Jeep again on January 9, **** and got the same answer they would put my name on the list for the Leak Pro person. I called Myrtle Beach Jeep again on February 5, **** and asked to speak to a manager to get this resolved. I spoke to **** who stated they gave my money to Leak Pro and I would have to talk to Leak Pro. **** gave me their telephone number ************. I didnt feel comfortable calling Leak Pro, as the check I made out for $614.18 has the Myrtle Beach Jeeps name on it, not Leak Pro, but would like to get the leak fixed. I called the Leak Pro telephone number and spoke to ***** who was not happy that **** had given me his telephone number. ***** said if they were not located in **************, he would help me, but would give **** a call at Myrtle Beach Jeep to try to figure out a resolution for me. ***** asked me to call him back on February 6, ****. I called ******************* on February 6, **** and of course got no answer. I left a voice mail for ***** and have not heard back from him. On February 6, ****, I called ***** at Myrtle Beach Jeep and he was irritated with me and stated that he did not want me coming back to Myrtle Beach Jeep dealership, if I was going to hold them responsible for their work. **** said he would call me back and today it is February 22, **** and I have not heard back from **** at Myrtle Beach Jeep.
