    My family and I visited *************** this past weekend. Our stay was from Friday April 5th-Sunday April 7th. Friday when we arrived and got unpacked and settle in our room 368 we attempted to take showers. However we were not able to do so because the hot water was not working at all in our room. We called the front desk to report the situation. They sent maintenance to our to supposedly fix the situation which didnt happen. He said he had it fixed but which it wasnt. Then we discovered the tv in our kids part of the room did not work because it was busted. We told the maintenance man about that situation before he left our room. He said he was going to get another tv for us. However the tv that he brought to replace the first one that wasnt working did not work either. It was busted as well. Then he had to go get another tv again which did actually work this specific time. The next morning we attempted to take showers again and no hot water again! This time my sister was actually in the shower and the water started coming out brown and it was really disgusting and unsanitary. We call the front desk to report the issue again and they send maintenance again! He couldnt get the hot water working either. The maintenance man, supervisor and I go to another room a few doors down to try room 364 so we could switch rooms and that hot water didnt work either! We then proceed to the 5th floor and the hot water in room ********************************************************* that room as well. We were unable to enjoy our trip the entire time there because we had no hot water to even bathe properly until Saturday evening around 6pm. I spoke with the manager and all he was willing to do was refund one night stay. From the hot water not working, the water coming out in the shower brown, the tvs not working in any room. This business need to be investigated for not keeping up proper maintenance and being unsanitary. Knowing they have a water problem but wont fix it.

    I had to cancel my reservation do to having surgery and was told by email that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 days. It has been 10 days and I still haven't received my refund so I emailed them back and was called and told that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I get a refund. It didn't take them 3 to 4 weeks to take it off of my account

    Hi ****************. Your refund will be issued in the form of a check. This process does take 3-4 weeks. Credit card refunds take 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we were not able to refund your credit card. You should receive your refund by check within 4 weeks. I was able to find the check in our system and it looks like the information was sent to our accounting office on March 18th and the check was cut on March 26th. Please allow some time for the check to be sent to our corporate offices for signature and then it will be mailed. Please contact me if you haven't received it by April 15th. I am sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you have a wonderful day.
