"I had the ac compressor replaced on my car by them and I had the car up there multiple times after it was done (8-10) and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it, and kept trying to charge me (actually did once), after taking it to a different mechanic I find out that they tried to modify (cut)the plug on the compressor(have the part to prove it) to make it fit but was a failed attempt and just tried to force it in and every time I was driving it would go in and out bc it was not making good contact and they said they replaced the ac compressor bc they thought it was bad, if they did this They would have seen the plug did not fit, they kept telling me that it was different things and all they could do was guess what the problem was instead of fixing the problem and on top of all this **** (owners son) said his best *************** was the one working on it after it was brought up there several times, one of there mechanic actually seen it had no AC and he said the compressor was kicking on even though it was not, that is just to show you that they had no idea, I would also like to add one day I went and picked up my car when they had it done and I still had parts sitting in my car on my seats with dirt and grease on them that they forgot to put back on, I was very patient with **** and ****, but enough was enough"
