5 starsGarden City was phenomenal to work with, and the condo we stayed atSea Watch VIIwas exceptional! Its located right on the beach; just walk down the stairs and youre there! The condo had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a family dinner or simply enjoy a quiet morning sipping coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend it!Review fromAmanda A

5 starsThis was our second year renting with Garden City Realty, and we had another wonderful experience. They have the best selection of rentals, with something for everyone and every budget! I love getting the rental catalog in the mail to see what is new and available, and to be able to compare units. They were prompt, courteous and helpful with securing my deposit and setting up the agreement and remaining payments. And as our vacation got closer, the booking website with all the rental information is wonderful. Check-in is always a breeze, and the unit was clean and ready as promised, with the linen packages. The beach equipment rental was such a a nice bonus and waiting for us upon arrival. The office also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok, and check out was also a breeze. 5 starsMy family and I stayed at the big time. Rental was an absolutely gorgeous home had several minor problems, but we were handled very quickly by maintenance. Everyone realty company was absolutely kind and caring definitely would rent again. highly recommend.Review fromMaureen A
