      The offer was half off and pay half again in 30 days. So I paid the 49 and another 49 to be paid 30 days after 9/1. During the payment process, more videos played going on about more offers and upselling, saying you need the Real Elite app (Real Advisors) and you need support from their team and so forth. Once I clicked add to cart, the charge was automatically made, there is no final check out page with a cart or any preview of what you are paying for. Once I gained access to the education, I reviewed the content and there is no real education here. There is a lot of fluff content meant to pump you up and make you believe the education will lead you to profits. I called them out on their bluff to reach out for support, several times, I did get responses but not satisfactory answers. It's just cut and paste scripts to answer sales objections. They claim the content was recorded in Jan.2023 but only the fluff interview segments between Awesome REI "JP" and Real Advisors Dolmar C**** are possibly that recent- and the actual content, the subject of the education, is actually two years or even older, dating back to 2020 and 2021. I started receiving emails, texts and calls from Real Advisors. Only 5 days after paying, on 9/5 I got a call thinking it was part of the support I paid extra for, I scheduled a return call on 9/11 just to find out it was actually a sales rep from Real Advisors trying to solicit me for $5-8 Thousand Dollars to supposedly work for them. On 9/13 I contacted Awesome REI for a full cancellation and refund to this paper flips scam and they only refunded the 49. I made two other payments of 295 and 127 in addition to that 49 on 9/1. There is also recurring payments and I want it all refunded and the recurring charges to be cancelled. I want others to know how dishonest it really is.

      On 9/1/2023 Ms. ******** ordered our “Paper Flips” program for 2 installments of $49 ($49 initially + $49 charged a month later

      While checking out, Ms. ******** encountered related offers for optional upgrades to the program:

       — Core Purchase: Initial $49 installment for “Paper Flips” program 
       — Optional Upgrade #1: $295 for “Real Elite” software
       — Optional Upgrade #2: $127 for “Instant Accountability”

      Seeing these offers, she chose to also add them to her purchase at the time. No other charges were made.

        (i) On 9/13/2023 Ms. ******** sent a message requesting a full refund 
        (ii) She was promptly responded to within 3 minutes of her message being received,
        (iii) And her full refund for all charges was initiated less than an hour later.

      Please see the attached screenshot detailing the facts & timeline outlined here.

      Two days later (9/15/2023) Ms. ******** filed this complaint with the BBB for some reason. We can only assume that it was perhaps due to her funds not yet showing in her account  At the time, she was also informed that funds may take up to 3-4 business days to post back to her account, based on processing practices of her credit card or bank.

      Also, one possibility for her concern could be that perhaps her financial institution is processing each of the three charged amounts in her order on a slightly different timeline from each other. If so, this is obviously not something we can control.

      Ms. ******** was only ever treated respectfully, we initiated a full refund for all amounts charged as soon as she asked for it, and she has no other future charges pending.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have the refund for 49 on 9/13. There re no other refunds or pending refunds in my account as of today 9/19. There remains the refund of 295 and 127. The reason for the complaint is this and also to say the material is labeled as education but it is not, it is a sales funnel to get the customer to buy the program and then buy the optional upgrades forever ad nauseam. Once the customer gains access to the materials, not only are there a lot of added costs, of course there are costs to doing business, but the goal is to get the customer to buy the monthly subscriptions, the fake coaching and mentoring and all the so called exclusive offers that claim to make the customers small business grow. So it's nothing more than a funnel and should not be sold as education. They offer support but I called their bluff and there is no support. I am disappointed they would associate themselves with the paper flips program because I thought Awesome REI was trustworthy but I think I was wrong. Paper Flips is definitely not trustworthy and just because something is not illegal doesn't make it ethical. Please complete the full refund as I have requested.

      Although Ms. ******** has claimed that there remains the refund of 295 and 127, the fact is we initiated all three refunds on the same day she requested them.

      Attached you will find confirmations from our merchant account reflecting all three refund transactions ($49, $127 & $295) each dated Sept 13, 2023.

      If she has not received the funds in her account, or has not noticed, she will need to call her bank, as there is not anything else we can do. Her bank will need to release the funds to her account, if they have not already, as we no longer have her funds.

      And we sincerely wish Ms. ******** the very best.

      On Aug 12 Mr. ****** joined our "Paper Flips" program and was promptly emailed (i) a receipt for his purchase, and (ii) a "congrats" email with instructions on how to access the program in our members area. 

      — 2 — 
      On the same day Mr. ****** seems to have opened both emails related to his purchase (See Amos-******-Proof_1.jpg attached) 

      — 3 — 
      On Aug 30 Mr. ****** messaged us confused that he hadn't received the material he ordered on Aug 13. It sometimes happens that customers might mistakenly assume they should be receiving something physical (like books or binders) which appears to be Mr. ******'s mistake.

      — 4 — 
      The same day (one hour later) our support member Vince replied to Mr. ****** kindly explaining how he could access his training online.  Mr. ****** appears to have viewed this reply immediately. (See Amos-******-Proof_2.jpg attached) 

      — 5 — 
      We have no other records of any communications from Mr. ******. We keep careful records of all phone calls, messages and chat conversations, but see nothing else interacting with Mr. ****** through any channel.

      — Conclusion—  
      We regret Mr. ******'s unfortunate confusion. Had Mr. ****** simply asked us direct for a refund for any reason, we could have quickly complied. It is our company policy to offer customer's a no-risk return policy within 30 days of any purchase.

      Since Mr. ****** did not ask us directly, we didn't know. But with his BBB complaint, we are now aware and have given him a full refund to his purchasing credit card.

      This company charged my credit card on 5/29/2023 for an additional amount that was not agreed to of $49.00. I purchased an online course for a one time payment of $76 at least that what it said on the form. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the fraud department of my bank as I didn't contract with this company beyond one onetime payment of $76.

      This member signed up for a program with 2 payments of $49, one when he ordered and the second 30 days later. He also contacted Awesome REI on Monday, May 29 when he was charged the second payment. Since he had just been charged the second payment, we were able to void the charge for $49 and it was the last day of his 30 day trial period, so we also refunded the initial charge. I emailed to let him know he would see the funds back in his account in 3-4 business days.

      I had signed up cause their ad said that they " need people to help them by simply finding investors,connecting them to the co & after closing,get paid", kept researching them,looked legit reviews,all gd,which I later found other areas,mostly negative,so must of been part of the co or some paid to,but I slowly watched many training videos that come in the portal,left more confused,with upsells,I told them i' m ??,I told p claim,co respd,I found my p.w. disabled( retalliation),the co gave me other p.w.,0,co sd try cookies/captcha ,no,never nd 2 b4 anyways,so again,I want my $97, no more shunning me or sweet tkg contact from them,just refund now,or I make more noise!

      On 9/11/2022, I joined rei & paid $124.00On 9/13/2022, I mistakenly clicked on an offer that cost $27.00. I immediately contacted rei to ask that they cancel & refund the additional $27.00, which they did.I contacted them again on 9/21 to request cancellation for entire program.I was refunded $97.00 on 9/25/2002, not $127.00. That made only a partial refund.Sent emails for complete refund on, 9/22, 9/23, 9/26, & 10/4/2022. Still have not been fully refunded.

When this member contacted us on Sept 21, she stated she wanted a full refund for the amount paid. ($124) Since $27 of that amount had already been refunded on Sept 10, the remaining amount to be refunded was the $97 for the training program. The $97 was refunded on 9/23/2022. As of today, there are not any remaining charges on her account and our records show she has been refunded $124. I have advised the member to contact her bank if she has any further questions about whether or not the refund was processed.       I authorized a $127 payment to the company on August 22nd but after reviewing my bank account today there were 3 charges totalling almost $600 on my account. I did not authorize two of the three payments and they were fraudulently taken out of my account. This company is a total scam
