      So, the car we bought from them had the check engine light come on 20 minutes after we left the dealership. Someone from their dealership had damaged the front end and sensors in the valance. They were good about fixing that damage. The check engine light was for the catalytic converter. I was told to run Cataclean through it. The light was cleared, and I followed the directions on the bottle. To no avail the light came back on. I ran another bottle through a week later and was told by the service manager that I damaged the cat with the second bottle. I called the Cataclean manufacturer and was told that it WILL NOT damage the cat being that it was not put in the same tank of gas. I had run a tank and a half of fresh gas through the car between treatments. The service manager said that the directions say to wait 30 days between uses. I have a bottle in front of me now, and NOWHERE does it say to wait 30 days. They refuse to replace the catalytic converter. Of course, she would not return my calls. So, I guess I have to suck it up and pay for the repair out of pocket. I had planned to buy a truck from them, but there is no way I will ever buy another vehicle there. Very shady service shop. Salesman was very helpful in purchasing the car. It seems that most of the complaints are shop related. I can see why now!!

      They sold me a car that they new had problems with it and now they don't won't to fix the problem. I have called them several times and still no luck on getting it fixed. The car has a bad vibration when you drive it.

      We can't Mr. ***** ***** in our Database that we've sold a car to. Was this purchase under someone else's name, another family member? I wish I could review your situation and get all the facts together to give you an adequate response but unfortunately I can't without knowing who bought the car, when they bought it, what type of car and miles and what the issue is that you are experiencing.

      If it had the option to get zero stars, I would give that. I purchased a car there back in July and have been having issues with it ever since. I've spent close to $500 on repairs so far (and thats not including the warranty work) for the car and I'm still no where near done with with getting all the issues fixed. Apparently they didn't check out of car before putting it on the lot for sale because every issue I've had was a pre-existing condition. I even paid extra to get the extended warranty and more the half of the issues I have with the car, they wont cover it. I've contacted them over and over and would never get a response from them. They've ignored every complaint I contacted them about. All I wanted from them was to fix the car the way it should have been fixed when I got it and take care of the cost since they sold me a faulty car. But no matter what I did, they would not budge and I can not just pick up and go to the lot when I want because I live close to an hour away. Don't go here if you want to drive away with a car they don't care about taking care of because it seems like as soon as your off the lot, its the customers problem, not theirs.

      Wife purchased a car they told her if she purchased the extended warranty it add about 2.00 a month to her loan. She agreed. the cost of the warranty is 3000.00. A total lie. It added 50.00. they added a cost of 299.00 for "Other." They got her an interest rate of 12%. I told her to check with the credit union for a better rate. The credit union was shocked at the cost of the warranty and offered her the same for half the price. and asked her about the 299.00 "other" fee. she called and asked about the 299.00 fee. they told her it was some kind of theft insurance. (never got a straight answer) She informed them she wanted to cancel the warrant and the "other" 299 charge. They assured her it was no problem and they would call her back and get it done. she never received a call and she tried multiple times to call them with no response to the messages she left or never answered the phone. I guess they have caller ID. Check your paperwork don't get caught up in the moment because as Vultures wait for the best opportunity they seem to do it also. they took what should have been an enjoyable experience and ruined it. Go to reputable dealers and check reviews of all before you step a foot on their property.
