    I booked this place through *********** and knew when I booked it that it said no refunds, but what I didnt know is that they do not include ANYTHING. No bed sheets, no towels, NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER or trash bags. The listing on ******** website stated nothing about any of those things not being provided and once you book you cant get your money back. You dont find out that they dont provide any of this till they send you the rental agreement where they state theres extra charges for linens. $50 per set of sheets, towels, and what ever else you need. I called the property telling them that whats in the rental agreement was not listed on Booking and fought saying I want my money back after reading the rental agreement and reading deeper reviews where I realized this place is ***** infested. I was told no and somehow had politics thrown in my face after mentioning the reviews. The owner then tried to assure me that there were no bugs and that its normal for there to be an extra charge for basic stuff which was a lie. I checked my bank account and saw I was overcharged more than what was shown to be my final total. I tried reaching out to Booking and instead of getting their support staff I was sent directly back to the property. I decided to deal with the choice I made as there was no way out and I was already committed. As soon as my wife and I got inside we were disgusted the floor was sticky. There were holes in the walls and ceilings. The couches looked nasty and stained. My wife saw a wall plug night light in the bathroom and turned the lights off to see if it worked and it didnt so she unplugged it and 2 large cockroaches crawled out of it. I killed those two and then started seeing more crawling on the floor and the walls. We ended up having to move our car and before moving it we noticed there were tons of nails and screws all in the driveway. After seeing the bugs and the holes and sticky floor we decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

    The 1st place Cherry Grove cottage down stunk, furniture was so dirty even my dog would not get on it. No smoke detectors working. Window blinds held together with duck tape.We would not stay there.Brought us over to 503 S 28th upstairs apartment. 3 Bedroom so it was even more money,Its late so we take it after complaining about not being able to get our money back. (1,900.00)Once again no working smoke detectors, place was very dirty. *** did bring a battery over and got one smoke detector to work.The next day we discovered cockroaches, no toaster, no can opener, 1 fork, 1 butter knife,******** on front porch loose, etc.called office about problem's. This place should not be rented out to anyone. If we could have gotten our money back we would have gone back to ****,Star rating is -10 if I could put it in.This company is giving Myrtle Beach a bad name, and be checked out.

    This is the worst place to ever book if you are vacationing in Myrtle Beach **************. My Husband and I booked once of their places for our vacation January 18- January21. When we arrived the place was dirty smelled of cigarette smoke, burners missing off the stove, dish washer smelled like mildew, ALL of refrigerator interior door racks were gone, Bathroom looked like someone was on their minstrel and dripped down the front of the toilet, both sofas that were not the same as the advertisement on the booking website had stains all over them which they tried to cover up with blankets. After making a complaint to this female named ******** multiple times and requesting a refund. Who basically kept lying to me and my about coming by to clean the place that she stated earlier stated had been cleaned never showed. After me and my sons girlfriend went out and brought cleaning supplies because we couldn't find a new place to book at the time. After cleaning then ROACHES started coming from under the refrigerator. I moved the refrigerator from the wall and saw multiple ROACHES.. DISGUSTING!!! At that moment I instantly started to have a panic attack. My husband called this woman again and expressed our distain for the filth that we had paid for and request a full refund. We immediately removed our unpacked bags and put them back in the car. We ended up having to put out extra money to book and new place to stay that night. After speaking to this woman (********) stated that they could only reimburse us the cleaning fee, because she could not rebook the place. Again you should not want to rebook a place should be exterminated. The fact that they are taking people vacation money and putting them in a disgusting place such as this should be illegal. I WISH THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO ADD LEAVE A STAR FOR S*** BECAUSE IT WAS A SHITTTTT PLACE! I WISH I COULD ADD PICTURES!!

    Do not stay here. Would give negative stars if that was possible. They have bugs and drugs. Wish I could attach pictures we have plenty. Was told the place was deep cleaned and it was not it was dirty. No batteries in any of the smoke detectors. Half empty water bottles in the bedroom and patio. Indoor lamp on the patio plugged in in the rain and a broken light bulb on the patio. Handle broken off frig. Refrigerator was nasty, drug paraphernalia in the drawer. Offered to move my family to the unit down stairs and they had me go check it out but it was just as dirty and had cockroaches as well. Refused to refund us our money and claimed they offered a solution but really did not. Get a list of their contracts and you will see this is an ongoing issue. I expect a company to uphold their end of the contract if they expect me to uphold mine. The rental company claims to be ********* but I caught her in a lie. I might have a foul mouth once I have reached my limit but I do not lie.

    Myrtle beach vacation Stations needs to be checked out. "Its the weekend"where we stayed. making someone pay for a unsafe place to stay. We paid for 5 nights and only stayed one,to start the door code they give ** went to all over the doors in a 3 apartment condo we opened a door to another room that someone else was staying so you know they could get in ours,trash broken bottles in the yard barely could get to our door,ceilings were falling while we slept,stopped up bathroom sink,roaches,mattresses had stains all over,no remotes to work tvs,half the lamps didn't even have bulbs in them,just so much more. They have a no refund policy but I think there should be a exception to this one very bad place and something needs to be done

    Horrible place. Beds on cement blocks. No TV service. No parking. The place we originally rented a few months ago, was condemned according to maintenance personal. So why did they even allow ** to book that particular house? For months, and they never told ** until we arrived.Then the day of, after having this reservation for months, they switched ** to another house without my knowledge. We had to call when we arrived as there was a person sleeping in the house we had rented.Talked to a person named ******** who is the same person we originally reserved the house from, and she told ** she had moved **. Why wait until 1pm on the day of our reservation to tell ** this. The place she moved ** to did not fit our needs, we were miserable, no parking, everything in shambles the kitchen table broken, beds broken electrical outlets didnt work. TV none worked, didnt have service. The people next door parked 5 cars there so we had no parking, no TV and beds on cement blocks because the beds were broken. We called ******** after we arrived, and she DID NOT return our call. After we came home I wrote to ******** and included pictures to support my claim and ******** has not responded. I would NOT rent from this place again, their units are nasty broken and no TV service.

    I rented through this company and signed waivers because it is advertised student friendly. They arrived today, and the code didn't work. A guy that called himself maintenance let them in. They walked in to cockroaches crawling, bed bugs, garbage full, bedding messed up like someone was living there. There was even a cell phone plugged up. The company screens calls. I spoke with them over email. They wanted to move them for another ******. I didn't think that was quite fair. They also disputed the pictures the boys took, saying that the property had been inspected and was clean prior to arrival. Per their email, "My analysis of the property was incorrect." They have a no refund policy, and I have 3 kids with no place to stay.

    Don't use this company!!!
    If I could leave zero stars, I would.
    This company is scummy and impossible to get in contact with when you need them most. They will do anything they can to take your money. Their rentals are misrepresented even when they are unlivable and unsafe. They are also likely to not provide the proper accommodations like linens, so don't bother wasting your money on the linen packages.
    They waited until we arrived to tell tell us our place in unavailable and move us to another equally unlivable place. They absolute knew this but waited to tell us so we couldn't get our money back.
    The new place had rotting wood and mold everywhere, plenty of roaches, exposed nail in common standing areas, Broken and wobbling furniture that we were carful not to break and get charged for (Because they'll charge you for whatever they can), The fridge didn't closed and it leaked water, broken windows and countless cracks exposing you to the outside which made the nights freezing.
    Worst of all, we paid for the linen packages and it cost over a third of the total cost of the trip. The linen package is suppose to include sheets, blankets, pillows with cases, and towels/hand towels.
    We did not receive any of these linens until the second day after a freezing night of sleep. Not to mention our first day being ruined by trying to get our linens all day. The linens that we did receive were disgusting and not exactly what we needed. Even a cleaning lady said most of it should be thrown in the trash.
    Overall, this company has unbelievably terrible service, they will do anything to take your money, and they misrepresent their rentals when many of them are unsafe and unlivable. Especially don't bother buying the linen package since there's a good chance you'll get nothing and be forced to sleep freezing for a night or two.
    Don't use this company!!!
