Service call for washer in April 2025. Paid Quentin S**** for the labor and ordered part. They never called back, never scheduled service. Continue to say the part was on back order. I asked for a refund because I used another company. They lied and said they sent the check.. never received my refund after over 5 attemptsInitial Complaint

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give less then one star I would! May 20th I had an appointment because my freezer was leaking. The boss of the company showed up and it took him like 5 min to tell me that I need a new ice maker. I had to pay 575$ up front. He told me they will contact me soon when the part arrived. After 18 days I called because I haven't received not one call. They said it will arrive the next day and that we can schedule an appointment to get it installed. I got my appointment. Took off from work so I can be there. They came and installed the new ice maker, but that didn't solve the problem. So I had to schedule another appointment. Well, no one showed up. I called and see what's going on and all you get is a text message from an AI. The next day I finally was able to get someone on the phone and they gave me another appointment. They showed up again and told me that they need to order another ice maker, because apparently the new one is not working properly. They said they will contact me when the new one arrived. Well that never happen. I called them and was lucky to get a live person on the phone. Usually no one picks up or an AI texts you. We made an appointment between 1 and 3PM and guess what! No one showed up. I took of from work again, which means I didn't get paid. The second time now. The next day I got a person on the phone to schedule a new appointment in 2 days. Well, guess who's sitting here and no one showed up. I just want my ice maker fixed.Initial Complaint

First contact for repair was in May. Here is the link I used to call and make appointment - ****************
The technician started the ***** dishwasher and listened to it on May 7, 2025 then stated a new part would have to be ordered and repair (parts and labor) would cost around 500. Since it is a ***** - I agreed. I was charged that amount immediately.
Part came in a week afterward but the company did not call me to arrange a repair date. When that date arrived for the initial repair (beginning of June 2025) - the part was replaced but the tech did not test it.
Called on 6/16 to arrange a revisit repair. Code E25 is still appearing when cycle tries to run. I had been out of town and this was my first opportunity to run the dishwasher after the repair.
This appt was rescheduled because tech quit company/did not show as planned on 6/30 (appt for repair revisit). Called office and the earliest appt I could get was July 7
Appointment for July 7 was not honored - Kayleigh promised a new appointment on July 9 will be honored.
Each time I have to call office to find out when tech will arrive on appointment day - even though they are supposed to let me know the time window for the repair, the day prior to the appointment. This has NEVER been the case - I am never called and have to pursue it each time only to get rescheduled.
Right now I am out roughly 500 for a repair that did not work - the same error code is appearing. I would like a refund or for an assurance that the repair will be made asap. It has been over 2 months now that we have been without use of the dishwasher.Customer Answer

A technician named Shawn did come out today, as was rescheduled, but my dishwasher is still not repaired. Shawn let me know that he had to order a different part – but I would not be charged for it.
The company doesn’t answer phone calls lately - but does respond to texts that are sent to the phone that made the call. I called first thing this morning to complain that I didn’t know the repair time window for my appointment today (notices are supposed to be sent the day prior to the appointment), and to confirm that I was indeed on the schedule for today. The person who texted me said that I was on the schedule but did not give me a time until I pressed for better information. I was finally told via text that the tech would be at my house no later than 11 am. And he did arrive during this time.
Please keep my file open – because my ***** dishwasher still hasn’t been fully repaired. I now have to wait until next week until the ordered part arrives to their offices, and get scheduled for a revisit after that.
I am cautiously optimistic that my dishwasher may finally be repaired within the next two weeks. I will update you either way.

Dryer overheated due to a wet blanket. Called Mr. Appliance come to do a diagnostic on the issue. Told me X and Y were wrong with it and would come back to replace those parts and dryer would work. Came out, replaced those parts, dryer did not work. That guy leaves. Other guy comes back, says the cord to the dyer was fried, wanted me to spend money on additional parts to fix along with the dryer cord.
How could they do an initial "diagnostic" and not catch that they cord to the unit was fried? Seems like they didn't do a diagnostic at all and just kept wanting me to pay more money to fix the dryer.
Had they told me the actual costs to fix the dryer up front, I would have bought a new one. They took advantage of me and that's wrong.
I would like the money for the parts placed in the dryer that did not get it any closer to working back. I am happy to pay the initial $125 for the diagnostic, because that's all I should have paid.Initial Complaint

My ** dryer stopped heating and I contacted Mr Appliance (ma) on 3/18/25. The owner, Quentin, came to my house on 3/19/25 and said dryer needed heating element and it was in upcoming shipment. Asked me to pay for repair up front - preferably by check. After 2 weeks, I contacted office to ask for update. Over the past week, I have been in touch with them multiple times. I get a Pat reply to text inquiries and no follow up. Phone contact doesn’t get past the secretary. I’ve asked for a refund and as with inquiries about repair, the reply states it’s been forwarded to team, urgently. But no replies. I decided to give bad review and went online and read the ones on ******** to see this is their MO. I’m far from the first with these issues. Regret just looking at stars on Google because these issues raised there too. They need to be investigated - I think they are ripping off a lot of people.Customer Answer
