5 starsOnce again ** Heath Dr. in Palmetto Dunes was a great property for our Hilton Head vacation. We’ve been staying at this property for the last 3 years and enjoyed every minute of the amenities and service by Beach Properties.

5 starsSelecting a Hilton Head rental thru Beach Properties gives you plenty of quality options - from different locations around the island to a great selection of units as you filter your criteria. We enjoy the Palmetto Dunes resort area and the Beach Properties website makes sorting thru options easy and understandable. Our unit in Barrington Arms was as advertised in the pictures and description - amenities, cleanliness, space and view were as advertised, with excellent ocean and resort access. 5 starsWe spent 7 days at Barrington with our son, his wife, and 4 grandsons. The condo was perfect for what we needed! It was very clean. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our condo was a very short walk to the beach, which was great with 4 young children. We would often see deer friends just below our balcony in the grass! We had an awesome time and will definitely come back to Beach Properties.Beach Properties of Hilton Head

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience — all thanks to Beach Properties! From booking to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The condo was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing family getaway.
We made so many wonderful memories — from sunny beach days to cozy evenings in the condo. The location was perfect, and the attention to detail really made our stay special.

5 starsWe rented from Beach Properties again this year for **** Seacrest. The service from Beach Properties was great and the condo was awesome. We had to contact Beach Properties several times, and their team responded immediately. For the condo, renovations had just been completed. The reservation process has been easy and their staff has been extremely helpful all the way through checkout. 5 starsRented the 3BR/3B - 3rd floor unit at Sea Crest in Hilton Head from Beach Properties for 4th of July week. Had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and comfortable for the 6 adults & 3 children who stayed. Bedrooms were very large along with each bathroom. Kitchen was super equipped with all you need to prepare dinners. Balcony view of the ocean, while being a little distant from the beach, is still very good. Stove needed to be replaced due to a previous issue during our stay, however, we were communicated to VERY respectfully and they worked with us about appropriate times for the delivery of the new stove. To our surprise, Beach Properties and the owner gave us a $100 giftcard to a local seafood place merely bc of our adaptability to their problem. Would easily rent this place again. Pools are always clean and Tiki bar on property is a 'game changer'; and walk to the beach is easy and short. Restrooms for Sea Crest renters only is right inside the secured gate to the beach near the pool. Only down point of the entire place is the fact that there are no community grills for renters to use. Otherwise, no regrets of anykind at this unit, complex, or area.Beach Properties of Hilton Head

5 starsBeautifully decorated ocean front 3 bedroom villa. Two nice balconies that overlook pool & beach/ocean. Large fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals if desire. Large open area in dining area for play. Convenient to lovely beach & Coligny Plaza which has grocery store, restaurants & many shops.
