I could not n did not want to give them any stars. I nor only sent them 2 racks with the ************* ends attached after they sent me a rebuilt rack for my *** (and we have used them several times prior giving them business n referring our fellow Texans to ** them) with a hairline crack. After ordering it originally Mr. ***** said it would be sent .I went 7 weeks without a rack. Then finally got it returned it because of the ************* them they one I removed via **** The shop guy very nice n ******* his daughter works front desk was able to finally answer they so called business phone which is a cell phone. I got them run around BIG time. I sent text , after text phone calls even went to my bank. They STOLE $500.00 FROM ME.At the times this was going on I suffered a spinal cord injury severed my C4 to C6 leaving me with mo feeling from my shoulders down. Mr.***** was well aware. I never spoke to Mr ******* im assuming hes the Co owner or whatever. I got screwed OUT OF SERVICES NOT RENDERED N OUT OF $500.00 WAS TOLD LIE UPON LIE WHEN THEY ANSWER THE ******* They are a bunch of swamp crooks. You do not do people like that. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TREAT PEOPLE LIKE TRASH AND LIE N KEEP YOUR MONEY.
