      They have an unbelievably expensive front sensor that is protected by only a CHEAP and FLIMSY piece of plastic. So by barely scraping it on curb when parking, it knocked it out. When trying to get it fixed, they say it's well over a thousand dollars, but they won't order unless we prepay the whole thing. And, there no guarantee it will be in any sooner than possibly 3-6 months or even longer. This is a horrible product and terrible service. Telling everyone to never buy a Nissan. Desired outcome: Sensor should be considered a recap and be replace for free since it is so I’ll equipped to be protected.

      Nissan of Greer has been fair to me after several purchases and on going maintenance. I feel I have gotten a fair deal most of the time even though I always feel I Should get more for my trade in. The service shop is fair and I always feel comfortable there. No business is perfect, but I feel they always try to do the right thing.

      I have purchased 2 vehicles and get all of my service done here. They have a fantastic team with Terry at the top. The best employees that work there are Wayne, the owner loyalty manager, Nugi, the receptionist, Oscar and Steve the finance managers and the 2 Patrick's that work in the parts department. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have reccomended this dealership to all my family and friends.

      I’ve dealt with Nissan of Greer for about 5 years now, having purchased 4 vehicles from them. Service from this dealership has been impeccable. AlwYs easy to get in for service, always done on time with a full explanation of anything and everything. No push on servicing, but good info.

      Excellent dealership to purchase a Nissan vehicle! I purchased a 2019 Nissan Frontier from them and was extremely happy with every aspect of the purchase. Highly recommend!

      Have purchased 6 cars between myself and family members air the past 3 years and we are still driving them with no issues with the cars or the dealership. The salesman and management has bent over backwards to give us the best deal and service. I give them 5 stars!

      I have purchased two vehicles from Nissan of Greer and found my interaction with their entire team to be simply fantastic! On my last purchase they delivered the car to me and I completed the paperwork from home. Now that's great service, it was hands free for me. I have taken my new car in for a few free oil changes that they offered during the purchase process and each time they wash my car at no cost. Great overall experience! This is will be my dealership going forward.

      I purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano from this dealership in late January 2021 and the inside of the radio/digital display started cracking. It is an obvious crack and on the interior of the radio and impossible to be driver fault. I have had it checked by multiple sources and referred to the factory warranty as well as the warranty I additionally purchased through this dealership to confirm this repair would be covered. I spoke with the service dept manager, Shane D****, and was told they would have to send the claim out to a Nissan Engineer to confirm repairs and that it would take a week for that to come back. After not hearing back for 3 weeks I contacted the service manager again and was met with a ridiculously high level of attitude and told that they were going to refuse the repair because I was being too pushy and he hung up on me. I believe waiting for 3 weeks for a call back was plenty of time and not pushy at all, especially given a 1 week turn around time. After multiple failed attempts to reach the general manager, Terry L******, I finally got a returned call and he informed me that I was in the wrong for contacting him about this and that if I wanted my car repaired I should not "cause a stink" or write any reviews about the service I had received thus far. He said that the Mr. D**** must have just been having a bad day and that his behavior was completely justified. I believe that a company telling someone that if they write a honest review, even if the review is negative, that they will not complete a COVERED warranty repair should be considered coercion and illegal.... I have called multiple other Nissan dealerships in the area, who have all confirmed that this is an issue that is 100% covered by the Factory warranty. I believe that this whole ordeal has been handled extreamly unprofessionally and that I have been treated wrongly due to being younger in age and that this dealership is attempted to take advantage of their customers. I was talked in to purchasing an additional warranty from the sales team at the dealershop to ensure that I would not face this issue, but regardless of that If the issue is covered by a factory warranty at one dealership, it should be covered at all as it is from the factory not the owner of the dealership.
