      Deserves ZERO STARS ! ?? I Was New To SC - They Moved Me Into A Property That Was Not Finished , I Injured Myself Falling Through My Bedroom Floor , Plumbing Was TERRIBLE & Front Porch Was Also Damaged All Things Plus MORE I Requested To Be Fix BEFORE My Move In & After I Paid My Deposit They Told Me I Had To Accept The Place As Is ! The Manager Is RACIST - Accused Me Of Stealing A Heater & Braking A Glass Window Out Of My Own House . They Don’t Care About The Tenants They Rent Too . When I Requested To Move Into Another Property He Bluntly Told Me I Couldn’t Afford Nothing More Than What I Had Already When I Have More Than One Income ! Now That I Moved Out Of The Property I’m Getting Accused Of Leaving Garbage & Furniture Behind That They Are Now Charging Me $300 For When I Know For A Fact I Removed All Of My Belongings . THIS IS WORST RENTAL COMPANY IN GREENWOOD SC ! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !

      This is a another example of moving into a unit (that you viewed before accepting) out of desperation and being unhappy once you have a roof over your head. Most of what was said in this comment is entirely false and the racist remark is laughable considering the makeup of our clients and staff. You also failed to mention that the heater was removed without consent of the owner and disposed of at your accord, you moved out without telling anyone, "lost the keys" and still wonder why you were charged for removing items from the unit when it was only discovered you were gone over a month after you allegedly moved out because papers had to be served.

      For The 100th Time I Had Nothing To Do W. The Heater Being Removed , *** Took The Heater W. Out Consent Trying To Donate It . Once Again There You Go Pointing Fingers . DESPERATION ?! ?? Even The Young Lady Behind The Desk Said The Unit Wasn’t Finished & She Didnt Know Why It Was Listed But Yet Still Failed To Fix The Problem . & I Moved Out Because As Stated Many Times I Have A Child Who Is Disabled & I Was In A Area I Could Not Control ( Guns , Drugs , The People , ETC . You Serving Papers Was Never An Issue Because I DID IN Fact Move Out Months Before & I Have Receipts To Prove It . I Also Stated We Can Go To Court Because Best Believe I Have PROOF Of Everything ! Down The Pics Of Before & After Me Fixing It Up , The List Of Things I Knew For A Fact Needed To Be Fixed ( Like The Floors ) & Dave Or David Whatever His Name Is Told Me They Couldn’t Fix Anything - On Top Of 2 Fractures In My Left Foot From Falling Through The Floor Along W. Hospital Proof . I Have No Reason To Be Falsifying ANYTHING . Very Much Organized & Ready When You Are !

      Uptown property rental are scams and unprofessional. They want fix anything and when people complain they make them pay for the service by adding to the rent. They are rude and continually getting complaints about their services. I had to sue them because of damages from negligence to my furniture and household items. I have yet to get paid they keep saying we working on it and it’s been 6 months. I advise anyone that are looking for rental agencies please don’t consider them they will rip you off and curse you out.. please stay away from them !!

      Tenant complained of a leaking roof to which we sent several different roofers to repair. After getting behind on rent, we get notice of a lawsuit alleging we were negligent even though we had not been notified of further issue. Tenant tried to sue for a $2500 couch to which he was eventually given a judgment of the cost of cleaning it (which was only cleaned 5 months after the alleged initial damage). Lease agreement states that the tenant is responsible for their own belongings and renter's insurance is advised in case an issue such as a leak in the roof occurs. The ruling has been appealed. We helped this tenant receive aid and have been flexible with payments, of which a balance is still owed. Most other agencies would have evicted this tenant long ago, instead our company finds ourselves in litigation.
