I purchased 2007 ******** on 2-23-23, first day window doesn’t roll down that was corrected next week needed brakes. May 7 service stabilitrak came on. May 8 took to autozone ran codes see attached report. Took to mechanic on May 9 and it was replaced, while it was there we found all the real issues causing that code to be thrown, a bad piston, a bad lifter, the motor had tons of ** **** and blue devil was seen which is used to stop oil leaks. May 10 took car to the lot and waited to be contacted with the outcome. May 12 I had not heard from them so I texted and he said the mechanic would look at it later that day. He said if I was in a rush he could put me in something else if I could come up with another down payment!! Ask to be refunded and he said no. I can not come up with another down payment plus taxes for another car 60 days after purchasing a car!!!Car was sold without a warranty but that does not excuse this place is knowingly selling crappy cars. I was told the mileage on the odometer was incorrect because they replaced the motor but clearly the motor was no good. All I ask is to be refunded a portion of my down payment to compensate for the inconvenience and financial struggle this has placed on me. I currently walk to and from work everyday due to this company’s negligenceBusiness response

CUSTOMER PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AS-IS.
WE DID NOT GUARANTEE THIS VEHICLE. THERE IS NO REMEDY FOR HER REQUEST. WE OFFERED TO PUT HER IN ANOTHER VEHICLE AS LONG AS SHE PUT ANOTHER DOWN PAYMENT.
UNFORTUNATELY WE DENY HER REQUEST FOR REFUND.

I bought a 2006 chevrolet impala in August 2021. Within 60 days the suspension went out, causing my fiancee to almost injure himself when the steering wheel stopped controlling the car. I never received my title so I'm unable to sell it for scrap at this point. Whenever I call about getting the title I get the run aroundBusiness response

Mrs. ******* purchased the 2006 Impala VIN#***************** on 9-2-2021, The vehicle was sold AS-IS with no warranties. The Vehicles Title work was submitted to the SCDMV on 9-9-2021 with receipts showing. The customer should have received a tag, along with title work & registration. If the customer did not receive any title work or tag / registration, Then she needs to contact the local DMV so she can resolve the issue because it will be on their end. There will be no refund. If the customer requests any documents showing when we submitted initial registration to dmv or Copies showing she purchased the Impala as-is. We will be glad to provide them.Thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2015 Ford fiesta from this buy here pay here car lot on 6/15/2021. I drove the vehicle to Charleston WV to an event and got stranded because it broke down on me on 6/25/21. The car was stalling out like it wouldn't get any power and then cut off. It didn't cut back on. On Monday 6/28/21 I started the car again and was able to drive it to a local repair shop to try and getbit fixed. The repair man told me the car has been wrecked pretty bad, there is a hole in the radiator, the wiring is all messed up and they don't deal with wiring but also don't feel comfortable working on the car. He stated someone put the car back together wrong. The vehicle is still in WV. I have not been able to find a repair shop that will fix it. I called the car lot to explain the situation and the manager stated they make sure the cars run for the life of the loan. I spoke with the owner Danny and he got very irate and told me its my car and my problem. I still owe them money for the car.Business response

****** ***** purchased the 2015 ford fiesta on 6-14-21. The customer was aware the vehicle was sold as-is with no warranty, She is also aware the vehicle came with a salvage title. There were No complaints from the customer when the vehicle was purchased. The customer then called weeks later stating the car is broken down in another state. We informed her that we may be able to assist her at cost if the vehicle is brought to our facility. We are more than happy to help her, but will be at her cost.
