My vehicle was unlawfully repossessed by this company on 11/16 around 620pm. I filed a stolen vehicle report with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office the same night. Upon retrieving the vehicle from the property 11/17 around 10 the front desk clerk “Quinton” explained that the tow truck driver did not call the vehicle in nor did he check the VIN or tag number he just went off description of “stickers” on the vehicle and how my vehicle was pinging where the actual vehicle they were suppose to retrieve. My son has a disability and his daily equipment was retrieved when they took my vehicle hindering him from doing therapies. I missed work and my husband also did trying to figure out where my vehicle had gone. The following Monday my husband went back up to the company to speak to the owner and was met with Mr. Quinton again and was told that “It would not be a good idea to get an attorney or file a complaint”;that he was “going about the situation the wrong way.” He also asked my husband why I had to miss work if I just worked 2 mins down the street which was also out of line. I just want the owner to contact me.Initial Complaint

On 3/15/2022 I put 1500 down on a 2011 Dodge Charger after driving the car for 2 or 3 days the car wasn’t driving the same. I took the car to a shop to put on the machine. And find out Transmission cool lines had two holes. So I call the dealership and tell them the problem they told me to bring the car back so they can fix the car. They call me back to tell me to come get the car that the problem is fix. One day go by and the car do the same thing so I call the dealership again to see what we were going to do about this problem. So I go get the car fix at ******s tire’s shop paying 240 for the work and the parts was 217.28. After getting the car back it do the same thing so I take the car back and ask what we gone do about this problem and I still haven’t heard nothing back. So the Next step was contacting BBB.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze from AY Auto Credit and Leasing Lot #2 on 4/15/21 in which I put down $2,500. Around a week later (4/21/21), I noticed that the car was not driving properly. When I hit the gas it took a while to pick up speed. I went and got the car looked at by a mechanic and they informed me that the car was losing power under acceleration. I immediately informed AY Auto Credit. I spoke with the manager named MiMi. He informed me to bring the car and he will send it to the shop. I dropped the car off on 4/29/21. After dropping the car off, MiMi told me that he would give me call once he knew something and after he spoke with Jad (the owner). About a week and half goes by and I haven' heard anything so I go up to the dealership. MiMi informs me that the car was sold back to the auction on but he wasnt sure when. He said it was between 5/07/21 - 5/12/21. The owner refused to give me a refund and he stated that I could start over with another car by paying more money
