On 2/1/2023, I purchased a 2006 Ford F150 from this dealership for 10k. I have made multiple attempts to get my title at the DMV and they tell me the title has problems that the dealership is responsible for. They also cannot provide me any additional information other than go ask the dealership. I have spoken to the dealership several times about this (last time on 3/7/2023) and they keep telling me "check with the DMV" and "they'll clear this up". It is not my responsibility to chase down a title for a car I paid cash for. The DMV makes me feel that there is something seriously wrong with title that the dealership is not telling me. Getting tags, registration, etc has been challenging without the title. I was going to gift the vehicle to my son and no longer can because of how long this has taken; I had to buy another vehicle to give him since he has left to college. I'm now stuck with this truck, I no longer have a need for (due to the title delay). I paid them and all i wanted was what I paid for in a timely manner. At this point, I would like to return the vehicle and get a refund.Business response
