The best. came on time and did what they said they would do . Left my yard the way they found it all cleaned no trash or nails and did our roof in one day!! Very happy customers

The representative was very professional and the crew did a very good job on my patio roof. They came to do work earlier than expected and when they finished all nails and old roofing was cleaned up. I would definitely refer them to others looking for work on roof.Review from Femi S

Excellent job! MDR did a fabulous job on our roof repair. We have a 40 year architectural roof that has 12 years of economic life left but needed a little attention. Mighty Dog Roofing has the utmost honesty, integrity and attention to detail. We met with another company who told us that our roof needed to be replaced immediately. Dave with Mighty Dog inspected the roof and said quite the contrary. Turns out the roof is in really good shape. MDR removed a leaking skylight and repaired the roof where the skylight had been, patched the roof where needed, replaced the flashing around the chimney and patched nail heads that were popping through the shingles. THANK YOU DAVE!! We will call Mighty Dog when it's time to replace the entire roof.Mighty Dog Roofing Response

I went with Mighty Dog Roofing because of their great communication and was guaranteed that they were professionals who had experience and knowledge of installing a metal roof. I was questioning their moves from the beginning, but the rep that I was dealing with kept saying they knew what they were doing and if anything was done incorrectly, they'd fix. After they finished with the metal roof, I complained that it looked sloppy and where the 2 roofs met, it did not fit properly. Then we had a rain, and water was pouring through my hood over my stove. I finally got someone to come out after several hours, and the guy just put a black substance around the area where it leaked. He left and no one came back for several days. The project began November 1 and was not completed until the end of December. Meanwhile, the metal roof was left on my back patio in the weather for over a month before they finished! The flashing, as well as the entire job, is unsatisfactory.Mighty Dog Roofing Response

Mrs. ******* and have tried to come up with a solution to fix your metal roof. We have provided you with an option to address the framing/decking. The issue is the framing of the structure the metal is laying on. We did not frame the home and you requested a metal roof verses a EPDM rubber roof which was there prior to the metal. The rubber roof will flex to the existing structure however the metal does not flex and has given the appearance not being flat.. We have remained in contact with you, provided you with a change order to address the framing and discussed some options.. We look forward to meeting with you tomorrow afternoon to come up with a solution.Mighty Dog Roofing Response

I’ve been waiting for them to do my small job since March. Apparently they have a lot of turnover with employees. They were supposed to be at my house at 8:00 am today. No show. I’ve called them three times this morning. They are now supposed to be here at 12:00. I will let you know what happens.Review from gary P

I was easily deceived by this company. They are not to be trusted under any circumstances.They completely botched a siding replacement job on my house.They left me with damage to my home"s exterior and interior. Numerous calls to correct any problem. Just don't use these people.Mighty Dog Roofing Response

I spoke to Mr. ****** today. He advised that the installer stepped on an AC vent. He had to call the AC company to have it repaired. I offered to reimburse him for the service fee and he accepted. He also stated that the shutters were only hung with 1 nail. The installer went back today and corrected all issues.Review from Annissa W

Doesn't *** follow through and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or service. I'd pay more for professional services, I regret hiring them.
