The location makes no difference. Spinx car wash is ALWAYS down, the receipt printer is ALWAYS out of paper and roaches crawl across their kitchen floors. I’d much rather take my business elsewhere.

I went in a spinks store to order chicken. Chicken was not cook right. So I went back in to ask for another piece of chicken because the one I had was nasty. Employees in the kitchen tells me I'm being rude because the chicken is nasty I didn't even ask for a refund just another piece. Young lady and young man preceded to argue with me about the chicken so now I'm to the point of just a refund. After refund they continue to argue with me to the point like they wanted to fight. Young man in kitchen and young man at cash register approaches me. As I was leaving they still wanted to argue after my refund. So assistance manager came and ask me can he help I said yes I just wanted another piece of chicken. He said ok that fine walks back to get the chicken. Young lady still wants to argue after manager comes to help the situation. Young gentleman gets in manager face and said u making me mad all because he was going to get me the chicken. Young lady calls someone in corporate office and they said not to serve me. Spinks customer are very rude and they not checking there food before serving it out. Like a ghetto ******** ********

Today I had a horrible encounter with the employee Keisha. She gave me a hard time about a cup and getting ice. I walked in the store and there was a cashier at the register I let her know that I was going to get ice, my cup had something in the bottom of it so I grabbed a Styrofoam cup. The Styrofoam cup was smaller than the cup that I came in the store with. I inserted the smaller cup into my larger cup that I brought into the store. I placed ice in the cup and then began to search for a lid. I did not find a lid for my cup so I chose a smaller lid to fit the smaller cup that was on the inside of my larger cup. As I was exiting the store Keisha stopped me by calling me ma’am several times and then she proceeded to ask if I’d like to pay for the cup that I placed inside of my plastic cup. I told her no and she stated that I’d have to pay for the Styrofoam cup. So I dumped the ice and I threw the Styrofoam cup away. I then proceeded to leave the store but instead I rinsed out my cup and placed a lid in the bottom of my cup so that my ice would not touch the stain or whatever was in the bottom of my cup. After doing so I placed ice in my cup and begin to leave the store. I walked out the store and realize that I didn’t have a lid still. I return inside the store and ask Keisha for a lid since she was so adamant about me having the Styrofoam cup. She went through the lids and could not find one she was not very friendly doing so this was not a positive exchange in any way shape form or fashion! She gave rude customer service downright disrespectful nature and overall distain for a simple item as a cup of ice! I had to return inside the store because after arguing with Keisha my pump needed to be reset so that I could pump the $30 worth of gas that I paid for. We then had a verbal altercation and she stated that she would trespass me from the store, now I feel threatened by her and if it’s necessary we will protest! All of this over a cup of ice!!!!!

Dont take your car thru the automatic car wash they damaged my car in SEVERAL places and now they are telling me that they are not going to repair my car. I have spent lots of money with this company over the years and so do lots of people I know and that ends today. I will influence my friends, family and anyone I can tell that this place is crap!!! I work really hard everyday and struggle but I try to have nice things and for it to get damages from something like a car wash really pisses me off. I dont get to sit behind a desk and decide the outcome of situations I get out 6 days a week and bust my tail working to have my stuff damaged by faulty equipment. I will keep pushing my opinion on evry site possible and my attorney. BBB has already got a complaint from me about this junk.
