I am deeply concerned about the sharing of my nonpublic information with credit bureaus and the resulting inaccuracies on my credit report. This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress. Under 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have the right to financial privacy, and I expect my information to remain confidential. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2) states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish account information without my written instructions, which I have not provided. I have identified inaccuracies on my credit report from ***** ***, impacting my financial well-being. I request these inaccuracies be corrected promptly. Lastly, please remember 15 USC 1666(b), which prohibits treating payments on a credit card account as late under certain circumstances. For reference, my account details are as follows: Account Number: *********** I request a thorough review of my account, prompt correction of credit report inaccuracies, and strict adherence to federal laws regarding my information. Failure to address these issues may compel further legal action. I anticipate your prompt response and resolution to these concerns. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Re: World Finance Corporation of Tennessee (“World”)
      Consumer: ***** *********
      Complaint ID: ********

      Dear Ms. R*****:

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on November 14, 2023, and
received by our office on November 14, 2023.

In Ms. ********** complaint, she stated that World is furnishing information to the credit reporting agencies
("Agencies") without her written instructions and that the information furnished is inaccurate. Ms. *********
further states she wants account information corrected on her credit reports.

Although Ms. ******** did not provide specifics on what the inaccuracies are, a review of her account was
conducted. Ms. ********* obtained his closed-end installment account from our Johnson City, TN office on
June 3, 2017, in the amount of $432.00 and agreed to repay it in (6) monthly installments of $72.00 beginning
July 3, 2017. No payments were made on the account. The date of first delinquency is listed as September 30,
2017. Due to lack of payment, the account charged off on February 20, 2018. Ms. *********’s Account was
sold to Recovery Management Solutions, LLC on December 12, 2022. Although World is no longer the Account
owner and is no longer furnishing Account information, the account information previously furnished by World
will remain on Ms. *********’s credit reports through September 2024.

Attached are copies of the loan information, including payment history, loan balance and loan status from
each of the Agencies. For easy reference the payment information, balance, and status information for the
      loan is highlighted.

World is not an Agency and does not publish credit reports. World does not offer open-end accounts or
credit cards but does offer closed-end installment accounts. World furnishes information about those
accounts to the Agencies per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

As World is no longer the owner of the account, all communications regarding this account should be directed

This business has consistently ignored my issues and does not process my payments on-time or automatically like requested. This business does not contact me when and if there is an issue with billing or issue with my account. This business has not processed 2-3 months worth of payments and now they will be affecting my credit. This is not the first time this has happened and refuses to complete my transfer request to the Harrisonville branch. I requested my payments to be automatically withdrawn and provided the correct information.....to avoid this issue the first time and the business consistently does not submit my payment in error and continues to rack up my charges and affect my credit due to their own negligence.

I've received harassing calls on multiple dates from Stacy M**** starting on 10/30/2023: 11/01/2023 and 11/06/2023, she took it upon herself to harass my sister with annoying phone calls; I've spoken with Stacy several times and informed her that I hired Turnbull Law Group to consolidate the debt I may have had with them. She immediately started acting in an unprofessional manner. Saying to me; I need to call ******** *** ***** and tell them to pay us! This is clearly not the character or attitude I expected from a Branch Manager. I've also spoken with the corporate office in Greenville South Carolina concerning this matter, and the representative for world Finance Corporation sent her a cease-and-desist letter, however she continues to contact me after the fact. I do not appreciate this, and I believe it violates my rights as a consumer.

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on November 10, 2023, and
received by our office on November 10, 2023.

In Ms. ******’ complaint, she stated a World employee was rude by demanding payment for her account. Ms.

Ms. ****** did contact World about her working with a law firm to manage her debt. The Customer Care

On 10/24/23 I submitted an application online with the store located on 9th st in my town. I received a call from Shelby, but was at work and asked her to please hold. She said okay but hung up, I called back and she hung up in my face multiple times. The next day I called and Kim said she wasn’t in the office because she had to go buy a new car since she had a wreck and to call around 3-3:30. I called at 4pm, she stated she would call me back and never did. On 10/26 I waited and never received a call. I had my mother call the store on kemp wanting to see if I could switch stores. They took my information and Shelby called me! However the exchange wasn’t pleasant. She informed me she was at the store when the call was made and said,” what’s the problem” I said I just want to finish my application and she said, so what’s the problem”. That’s all she had to say and I hung up because I refuse to have anyone talk to me as if I’m stupid! She has no customer service skills! Very rude and unprofessional. My biggest worry now is then having all my information and doing whatever she seems fit because she has clearly proven to myself that she is not one to be trusted!

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

Though I was told they were having phone issues it doesn’t excuse the behavior the manager had towards me. Also, me being declined a loan has absolutely nothing to do with my complaint so why was that publicly disclosed, when their terms and agreements says the complete opposite? Apparently me applying for a loan and the decision for said loan is between myself and the company so now my privacy has been violated.
It’s safe to say that it’s okay for the manager to be rude, because nothing will happen. I can’t validate the authenticity of the “phones having issues” and when challenged the company like to make private information public. Maybe before making that information public, one should read their own terms or speak with someone first because the issue has now escalated.

      Re: WFC Limited Partnership (“World”)
      Consumer: ********* ********
      Complaint ID: ********

      Dear Ms. R*****:

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint filed with your office on October 18, 2023, and
received by our office on October 19, 2023.

In Ms. ********’ complaint, she stated that World is in violation of 15 U.S. Code §6802, as we are reporting on
      the following accounts:
      Account ********* Opened November 30, 2017
      Account ********* Opened August 30, 2017
      Account ********* Opened June 1, 2017

While there are Opt-Out provisions within the 15 U.S. Code §6802, World is required to act in accordance with
the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) per 15 U.S. Code §6802(e)(6)(A) General Exceptions - (A) to a consumer
reporting agency in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act [15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.]

Since World is required to act in accordance with the FCRA under the General Exceptions, our obligation is to
furnish accurate information to the credit reporting agencies (“Agencies”). World is required to furnish
information on delinquent accounts for seven years from the date of first delinquency. If an account is good
standing, it is considered favorable credit and will be furnished for ten years to the Agencies. World is not an
Agency and we do not publish credit reports.

      Please note the following:
      • Account ********* Opened November 30, 2017, was sold to Recovery Management Solutions, LLC in
December of 2022. World furnished the last information regarding this account to the Agencies
December 2022. World is no longer actively furnishing information on this account. We did not
request a removal from the Agencies of this tradeline. The account information is reporting accurately
as “Charged-Off, sold/transferred”. As World is no longer the owner of this account all
communications regarding this account should be directed to:

      • Account ********* Opened August 30, 2017, was in good standing at the time it closed.
      • Account ********* Opened June 1, 2017, was in good standing at the time it closed.
      • World has not requested that any of Ms. ********’ accounts be removed from her credit report.
