      I like having access to available funds but customer service is not good, promises to follow-up with complaints to most recent an issue with email available balance and the app saying something different. I was told that what was on my account was correct and that the email was wrong and it happens sometimes. When asked why and how no reason was just told not to worry about it. It sad because they don't know why but the inability to offer a reason or to research why is unacceptable. DO BETTER BY TRAINING YOUR SUPPORT STAFF

      Been paying the same way for years. When I called to make a payment about 3 months ago they ask me if I wanted to use my saved card. I do not have a saved card there. To me that's credit card theft especially when I have excellent credit with them. Got a few more payments and will not go back. I use other company's that treat me as a valued customer.

      Called me 7 times on the day my payment was due. I think this is against the law and considered harassment but this is a loan shark business.

      I am aware that the BBB does nothing to help consumers, just look at the generic responses from this predatory lender. All they have to do is pay BBB to maintain an A+. The BBB should be forced to **** THE DOORS. Heights Finance takes advantage of the fact that WI has zero interest limits. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS BUSINESS. I was charged ,,39% for an auto loan in spite of decent credit and perfect payment history. Do not call me stupid, they say they duped me is too much to explain here, and frankly, not worth my time. Don't trust the DVD That's the basis of my complaint.

      I received an online loan and it went into default. I was contacted by Total Card Inc., who in turn sent me a letter accepting half the amount due, and this matter would be considered "paid", by "Southern Mgmt Corp", which I did, posted and cleared. Now three years later, they are again trying to collect the remainder, plus interest........... Even on the BBB website, you cannot contact ANYBODY from this company, and they refuse to give their names. SOOO glad I kept documentation! Only reply I do get, when I do get ahold of a live human, is "they will forward it up to their boss, for resolution"! Beware of them!

      I received two consecutive checks for to be deposit with expiration date of a prior year . The first time I caught the check date of course I called them and told I just received this check but it has expired last year the “manager” told me not to deposit that I put it away for to long which it wasn’t true but I didn’t wanted to argue so I left it alone but one more time I got another check and this time I didn’t check the expiration date because I had just gotten the check and since I need it the money with out thinking on that particular detail I deposit the check because I need it the money for my surprise the check was returned and of course my account was on the negative of the amount of the check which now I’m on a bind. I called the office of Converse, Tx talked to the manager and told me it was my fault because I didn’t check the expiration date and he washed his hand blaming the Post Office of delivering the check late and many other many excuses . I was so upset not was I’m super upset because now I have my bank account on the thousand negative. They don’t deserve a star but this is a most.

      My payment was 1 day late , yes I know late is late , had issues with my checking account was changing banks. I ask if they could process the payment the 15th , sure no problem will be a small late fee they charged me the same day and still charged me late fee. When trying to address their error the attitude I received from this office is unacceptable and unprofessional. Linda,Tiffany and Vanessa at the Arlington office ,need some retraining . When explained and agreed to pay on the 15 instead of the 6th and the amount still charged on the 6th, I said this should be illegal and thats when they became very defensive.

      I would give negative stars if possible. This company will reset your online account password and login and authorize payments from you bank account without your permission!! They are the worst of the worst
